They never have baggers to help. Even if you have full carts, even if you ask for help they will refuse. Rude service and under staffed.

This is what I get when I pre-order subs from Kings Lake EVERY SINGLE TIME. Lesson learned- go in the store and watch them as they are being made. It is the only way they will get it right. Oh yes…and both are supposed to have lettuce

Ordered a sub at specific time paid for online and it's not ready. Couldn't wait around due to work. Couldn't get a refund back on the sub. Absolutely terrible business. Also not the 1st time an order wasn't ready on time.

Best liquor store in Naples. The woman who works there is very knowledgeable about the products they have and is always polite when I go in. The floors are always clean and the shelves always full. Also, they have great deals sometimes, like right now Tito’s vodka is only $27.

The people at the liquor store are miserable. Never say find everything or hello. Never look at you. Don't count back change. Most of all NEVER SAY THANK YOU. Get another job your in the service industry.

This is my favorite grocery store! Love the selection, prices, etc., and the normally excellent customer service. For the last few trips I’ve not been asked once by the person bagging my groceries if I wanted help taking them out. This has always been a trademark of Publix stores; has the policy changed?

Beautiful new store great set up. The staff is very friendly.. and love the outdoor seating to enjoy a publix sub at lunch with the family!
