One of the ladies on staff even took the time to teach me how to enter the world of fountain pens after I have been using a dipping pen for years. “Kenley was the person who took care of me and he did a great job. I had gone to UPS at Pelican Bay Market place first and they were so rude that I walked out. In addition UPS wanted to charge me $69 to send a letter to arrive in two days. When I walked out and went to FEDEX, Kenley gave me two choices. I could send to arrive in two days for $26 or to arrive on Monday for $10. I have no idea how UPS stays in business but FEDEX (Airport and Vanderbilt Beach rd) just earned a new customer and UPS lost a long time customer.”
“I finally decided to change the gloss black stripes that came with my 2020 Mustang GT when I bought it a few years back. I always wanted something different as far as the stripes and I finally pulled the trigger and had Panda remove them and add carbon fiber with red accent stripes . WOW !!!! I love it . I couldn’t be any more pleased than I am with their work . Jade and Kylie were very helpful and Josh did an impeccable installation. I highly recommend Panda for all your vehicle customization needs !!! Update - on April 8, 2024, I ended up putting on thicker red stripes. Panda did a beautiful job. The test of a really great business is what they do AFTER the sale - and Panda gets elevated into that highest of echelons by proving they take pride in their work and value their customers!!?”

“I’ve been told by my professional art friends that they are the best in SWFL, they didn’t disappoint and they are best to visit in-person. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. After expressing my concerns over the color accuracy of a proof of an digital file (sent via email), they worked with me to get a second proof printed the same day and I was really happy with the quality of the final print. Comparing to the printing houses that I used to print with back East, their paper stock is more limited (highest paper weight is 320g instead of 325g, does not carry brands such as Hahnemuhle etc); however from what I’ve seen in-store, their metal and acrylic prints are exceptional. Will definitely be back to print more projects. Thank you Eric and team!”
“I am so grateful to have found Kristen Goodman! She did an amazing job of converting over one dozen large framed family portraits into electronic format! The quality of the final electronic files is oustanding! And her price was very fair. I am completely relieved that I no longer have to worry about storing the portraits in our garage, trying to force them on our adult children, or just throwing up my hands and saying that the kids will just need to deal with them as my legacy when I move on to the great beyond decades (hopefully...) from now. “I ordered two of the three gallon glass kombucha fermenting vessels with the stainless steel spigots. They arrived quickly but when i opened the second box it had a chip in the glass on the inside about halfway up the vessel. I contacted Midwest supplies immediately after taking pictures of it. The next morning I had an email saying they were shipping a new one to me. The new one also was shipped very quickly which I greatly appreciated due to the fact that I'm starting up a business. I couldnt be more happy with their outstanding customer service, and will be ordering more from them in the future.”
