I paid almost $5000 for enrollment and after only 1 month I removed my son. No one really cares at the North Naples location. All show No Go!!

The very best in Naples, don’t even try to compare to other schools around! Well above standards you would expect! My kids love to go, live all their teachers year after year! Managment is super professional!Last thing my 2 older started mason academy school later with As everywhere!Amazing ?Highly recommended, best investment I have done for my kids!

The Primrose staff are so patient, encouraging, and loving, while providing firm boundaries and discipline. They make the days exciting and fun, so fun that our children don't want to leave some days! The curriculum is exceptional, and we have seen incredible growth both intellectually and socially. We never worry bringing our children there, as they provide such a safe and nurturing environment. Truly exceptional!

This daycare out right lied about my sons behavior to have him kicked out which I can only assume was to get someone in that they preferred over my family off their long wait list... We are now at a new daycare and the staff and the director can not believe there was ever an issue with my child. They pick favorites and if you are not one your child can and will be removed. This daycare also encourages you only listen to them and not your peditrican when it comes to your child. I should have seen that as a huge red flag.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experiences at Primrose. Our child loved the staff; was eager to tell me how his day went, and was thrilled to show me all of his works of art in a multitude of creative mediums each day. The staff is very pleasant and warm with the students, the provided food was never repetitive and a nice touch to add much-needed variety to my child's mealtimes. Our son had a "great day" every day and we are extremely pleased with the educational curriculum that is followed which continually kept our child engaged and learning as well as wanting his to tell us about his day. Kudos to the owners and staff for this great environment.

We have been in the Primrose family for years. For the past two years, our son was eager to attend school and made wonderful connections with his previous teachers. The team in North Naples is just awful. After a short two-month span in the facility, we had no choice but to remove our son from their care. The level of harassment was felt as it echoed making my son feel anxious and not want to attend school each morning. The three-year-old "teacher" accused our son of having multiple serious medical conditions rushing us to seek his pediatrician. All accusations were dismissed by our pediatrician who also advised us to remove our son from their care. Our son also came home, many times, with irritation on his genitals indicating that his diaper was not regularly changed. This is something we have NEVER seen before.

We signed up our kiddo to the 3 yr old class. I spoke with the director as my son was going through potty training, she said they would help in the process. After day one I got a call from her that my son resisted to go to the potty. I explained to her he does #1 standing up and #2 sitting down and he resisted because they would force him to sit down + you all know what first day of daycare means for kids. After day 2, which by the way was the day he was getting used to go to the potty I got a second call from the director. She said she didn’t believe that was the right place for my boy, because he wasn’t adapting. Now tell me, whose kids adapt to daycare in 2 days????? That easy, two days of daycare, they didn’t even put a minimal effort. There’s more, they refunded tuition but of course I lost registration fee ($150) and they charged me for the entire week ($360) for only 2 days. If you ask me that was easy money. +$500 for 2 days. Also, I wrote several emails asking why they would charge me for the entire week. I wouldn’t care if signing out had been my decision but they were the ones that didn’t want my kid there, so I was very upset that on top of the treatment we got they were going to take my money that easy, not even $2. So far I haven’t gotten any answer, so at least I give my review so people know these ppl are only after your money. There’s another review about not returned emails, they only answer when it is convenient to them so I know this is their modus operandi, be aware

I honestly cant say enough about Primrose! My daughter was in a another daycare before we were able to get her into Primrose & I am so incredibly happy we switched schools for her! From the very moment we walked through that door (pre-covid) we felt immediately embraced & welcomed by the staff. The school is spotless & pristine. Other daycares we did interviews at felt like jails almost but not Primrose. The rooms are bright and open and the staff looks genuinely happy. My daughter just moved up to a new class at Primrose and at first I was nervous about if she would still get the same amazing treatment in her new class, would we still get pictures and videos of her throughout the day, is the curriculum still going to be top notch? She's only been in her new class for two weeks and it is astounding! She loves it, she loves her new teachers & her new friends! I could just go on about how amazing this school is. Thank you to all of the teachers and thank you to Sarah for always being on top of everything and always communicating! You all are THE BEST!

I cannot share enough good things about Primrose of North Naples. The curriculum prepares the kids for kindergarten. The teachers share so much love and compassion for the kids. There hasn’t been a teacher we didn’t love. Miss Jackie and Miss Tiffani in the young toddler room are the best! “Mama Cloud” in the toddler class is amazing. Miss Reed and Miss Warren in preschool 3 are awesome with the kids and make the environment so much fun. We love them all, and most of all it truely shows how much they love all of the kids. As soon as you enroll you become part of the family. Lots of events and family fun. Hope this helps!

Primrose does it right! Our son was a part of the part time VPK program and lucky enough to have Mrs. Sopchak. Mrs. Sopchak helped our shy, reserved guy become a social and playful 5 year old. He excelled academically as well and was more than prepared to tackle kindergarten. Our son attended a previous school when he was 2 and 3 years old and Primrose is far superior to any other school we have attended. Thank you for the best experience!

Amazing experience for VPK students. Kids are treated with kindness and respect and are thought so much at Primrose while enjoying their time with their friends and teachers and having so much fun!14 years of different preschool experiences between three boys, this by far is the best one we had.

Cant say enough good things about this school. This school provides an app that keeps me updated on my kid with photos, diaper changes and checks, when and what she ate and how much, nap an the duration of the nap. Aswell as a seriously guided curriculum. This school blows me away, at the last school we had our daughter in they kept track of virtually nothing. If you can swing the price(which isn't that much more) this is where you want your kid. The school is always very clean and well kept and the staff is all super super sweet.

If I could put 0 stars I would do it ! After amazing tour we signed up for pre-K, staff set up our account , and we even put our credit card on file and had day when our son should started ! But it was beautiful beginning of our story ! Super unprofessional director Sarah was ignoring my calls and email for 3 days , I had one question but she never returned my calls . On day number 3 she sent me an email and told that she was sorry , but it was miscommunication between her and Jaime ( one of the owners) and they took another client instead of my son. The solution for internal mess was to pay $$$ to get on a waiting list without any time line on when we are actually going to be accommodating... very funny, no thanks! We were shocked how it could be possible .... we called to Sarah who looks like trained only to follow the standard protocol and to make a quick sell but unable to come up with a solution... Anyway, after my husband spoke to Christopher (one of the owners) was not solution offered and silence + ignorance was given in return.... The impression we’ve got that they made a choice not to take my son with Speach delay , but take another baby regardless that we stepped into relationship and signed the papers! No one even called us ever since. Sarah spoke with us like we owe her something ... what they really care about it is $$$ so think twice before you go to take a tour! We found perfect place for our son , at the same time I am very glad that this happened ether wise we had never found a truly great Pre-K for our son . But still this is the real story that disgusts me ...
