Horrible I have tried numerous times with the one person who suppose to be the rental agent. When you walk into their office agents can’t be bother they just tell you we have a person in charge of rentals. All he does is send you some listings. You reply and ask him questions when is it available \\u0026 when can you see it. They list when it’s available but not always the case. You explain what you want \\u0026 you will not rent anything without seeing it. Pictures are deceiving we have been threw this before. You never hear back from him! You will get another listing in a few days or a few weeks. That’s a great way of running a rental dept. What customer service? What does this say about Sothebys? You have passed up a potential buyer.

I had a very bad experience recently with a ***************** of sotheby s in ******, *******. I rented a three bedroom condo just off of ************ for 10 weeks beginning January 15. Upon checking in I learned that the building had some serious security issues I had asked about these issues during my walk-through I was your assured they were not a problem.. it was a problem and we did not feel safe in the unit I told the agent were not moving in because of these issues, and expected to receive a refund. Company offered no refund and didnt even rebate their fee. The company misrepresented the property to me and would not correct the problem. I dont think you should trust the agents at the ********* office. There are many other reputable agents in the area that I have dealt with. Thanks.

I would only rent a home through Sotheby’s in the Naples area. You can trust that the home you rent is in excellent condition and if anything needs to be repaired or replaced they will take care of it immediately. I feel 100% confident in any home that I would rent from them.

My Premier Sotherby's agent is Craig Finzel. He is absolutely the most intelligent, ethical, hard-working, business savvy agent I've ever worked with. I have used him twice to purchase 2 different properties in 2021 and 2022. I have never worked with an agent so professionally proficient! He has superior communication and IT skills. He is incredibly knowledgeable about real estate law and has excellent people skills. He knows how to find the right properties and to get the deal done! As long as Craig is an option, I will never use another agent.

We rented a condo for a Month at the beach—After check in we found the property was being painted, the Ritz was under construction and the property was in front of the truck line up for beach replenishment. Hundreds of semi-trucks carrying 45,000 pounds of sand 12 hours per day. We paid a premium for a premium experience not to be found..Stick with VRBO or Air BB ----

Ended up renting a decent property at the last minute through this group. My experience with Joe H and the rest of the management group was not good. Issues with maintenance and repair at the house were not addressed properly. Manager continually put blame back on us as tenants with a bit of a smug attitude. Regular pool upkeep was not completed. Lack of required screens on the windows resulted in a high electric bill for A/C, which they promptly billed us an extra charge for. A 30k plus multi month rental property arrangement should have been handled much better by Sotheby's. Not a customer-friendly experience, we have had much better in SW Florida.

Having been in the luxury automobile service industry for 32 years I believe I have a keen understanding of how to provide great customer service. I think it would benefit the PSIR office to take a page from our book. Since PSIR took over Stock Realtys management of our condo rental it has been nothing but an exercise in futility when it comes to handling issues related to maintenance and repairs. Our agent Mary Babroff has been very difficult to deal with. From poor execution of managing our service issues to horrid follow-up skills. I have been chasing her for months to get our window issues corrected. I can promise you if I treated my customers the way I've been treated by this organization I would have been relived of my duties long ago.

Michelle Craft did an amazing job for us finding a rental. She hustled and did what others did not. She always answered her phone, she really knows her market, and navigated us quickly and efficiently through the process. I have been a real estate broker for 30 years (in Maine) - I rank Michele at the top for getting things done.
