We stopped by this branch because it was convenient. We needed to transfer funds. They charged us $95 for a wire fee without disclosing to us. The personal banker only cared about selling us on other services. I love my Vanderbilt branch, but I'll never visit this branch again.

Needs some serious work on preparedness and customer service. Our teller couldn’t find the paper they needed to help us- the other workers just kept sitting around doing nothing to help. Waited 20+ mins for them to finally decide they couldn’t help us.

The worst branch i have ever experienced. If you own a business DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. ALL other branches in Naples and Bonita Springs will really take care of you as a customer. I have been here three times and all three times they never even tried to help. This is why i am leaving a review because after 3 times i am never ever coming back to this branch. Because of this it makes me rethink if i even want to bank w PNC Bank anymore.

Staff is highly incompetent. Requesting a statement is like asking them to part the Nile. They are behind in technology and cannot use email to send documents. I requested my mortgage payoff and it was the end of the world- I still do not have it.

Had a great banking experience. The girls working were polite and fun. Building not to hot not to cold. Music was enjoyable. Hands down best PNC.

I spend a lot of time here!!!! My Boxers Favorite Place to go!! Even Bath time there is fun,,!! They provide shampoo conditioner towels blow dryer and treats for the dogs. It's my social time with the staff as well Taylor and Sarah are just phenomenal

I started new accounts with $25-30k. They were supposed to give me signup bonus. Over three months and 5 or 6 attempts, kept getting the "wait til next month." Now, I'm getting the you didn't meet the special conditions (not listed in ad and I wasn't told this when I asked for list of specific requirements) and it's too late to do anything now. Even worse, good luck getting them to contact you. 6 tries, and even now no reply as promised. If you can't get the account setup right, why should I bring more $ & business to you? Gotta say, it takes a lot to make Chase & 5th 3rd look good. Congratulations. ???

So first off this does not reflect badly about other staff members of this bank, with that said, I walked in a few weeks ago with my wife and we were referred to a personal banker named Thomas, at first he seemed like a nice guy. That was until he started looking at my wife from the top down, and it gets worse, we walked out of his office and the way he looks and talks inappropriately to his female coworkers is beyond believe, this guy objectifies woman, stay away, as long as this guy works here we won't be back.

I didn't know I have to call few days ahead to make a $11,000 in hundred dollar bills withdrawal.. But yes, when I got there I was told the bank only has $8,000 in hundreds and the rest I can get in 10s & 20s. I had to drive 30min to another PNC bank to get the rest.. Very convenient. I don't need a shopping bag of cash! I have never heard of this before but its true with PNC banks in southwest florida so call ahead and make sure they have benjamins.. Very, very embarrassing...
