PetCo's staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable We used to be a PetSmart customer but their level is no where near as helpful and courteous as PetCo's. So we will be doing all shopping for pet needs at PetCo from now on!

When planning a trip out of the country, my family decided to take our fur baby with us. We take him everywhere.... It's kind of a problem. Our fur baby has gained some weight lately. So we needed to ensure we had a carrying case that was big enough for him but also airport friendly. We were able to find one at Petco. No one helped us. Though the section for carriers looked very picked through.we were able to bring the fur baby into the store and put him in different bags so we could see how he fit in different bags. Once we made a selection we headed to the cash register. Dakota, a man who worked at the front, gave my fur baby a cookie for the road as he wasn't going to eat it right there and then. Greatly appreciated. Thanks petco and Dakota!

Wanted to purchase a chameleon the new employee's are horrible they told me I must buy a screen cage from them for 175$ because they can't be in glass cages while they are keeping the chameleon in a glass cage in 40% humidity they need 60-80% I've had many reptiles throughout the years keeping that high of a humidity would be easiest in a glass cage then the employee tells me how I need proof that I have the proper cage before they would consider selling I attempted to point out the environment it's currently in and the employee got sassy and instead of cooling off the situation they made it worse got loud and argumentative kicked me out and said I'm never allowed back

If I could give this post less of a star I would. This is the second time I visit this store with the intention to buy saltwater fish as I have been told they have the best selection. My family and I were completely ignored. I would much rather go spend my money in the local mom and pops that will genuinely appreciate my business and not almost hit my father in the face with the gravel vacuum. Don’t waste your time here. If I looked stuck up I probably would have had someone acknowledge.

If I could leave a review with less stars I would this is the second time I come to this Petco and I don't even get acknowledged. This is ridiculous, I would have easily spent money on saltwater fish but I would much rather stick to local mom and pops stores from now on. Lady passed by us looked 3 times times and almost hit my father in the face a tube. Don't waste your time here!

No shopping carts. Staff standing around talking rather than waiting on customers. Extremely marked up prices compared to competitors. Pets looked sick.

While I recommend Petco overall as another big box pet store, I am absolutely not recommending the groomers in this location. We were notified the day of our dog's longstanding appointment that they have to cancel as one of the groomers felt unwell. This can happen but this was not the first time this happened. The alternative was to wait until end of the week. This time I talked to a supervisor named Amber. Amber should be taking a refresher course in customer service. Incredible pompous, loud & snippy. I will not use this shop ever again. If you have endless time on hand - perfect. If you operate on a time schedule & don't enjoy rudeness - don't go there.

Love their pet stores, they are so great, animal friendly and staff is very knowledgeable. I go to Petco anytime one of my house pets need something.

Friendly and helpful staff and wide selection of brands. Have always found what I’m looking for. And having the pet condos with the sweet kitties is always a welcome sight. I want to adopt them all!
