When planning a trip out of the country, my family decided to take our fur baby with us. We take him everywhere.... It's kind of a problem. Our fur baby has gained some weight lately. So we needed to ensure we had a carrying case that was big enough for him but also airport friendly. We were able to find one at Petco. No one helped us. Though the section for carriers looked very picked through.we were able to bring the fur baby into the store and put him in different bags so we could see how he fit in different bags. Once we made a selection we headed to the cash register. Dakota, a man who worked at the front, gave my fur baby a cookie for the road as he wasn't going to eat it right there and then. Greatly appreciated. Thanks petco and Dakota!

If I could leave a review with less stars I would this is the second time I come to this Petco and I don't even get acknowledged. This is ridiculous, I would have easily spent money on saltwater fish but I would much rather stick to local mom and pops stores from now on. Lady passed by us looked 3 times times and almost hit my father in the face a tube. Don't waste your time here!

While I recommend Petco overall as another big box pet store, I am absolutely not recommending the groomers in this location. We were notified the day of our dog's longstanding appointment that they have to cancel as one of the groomers felt unwell. This can happen but this was not the first time this happened. The alternative was to wait until end of the week. This time I talked to a supervisor named Amber. Amber should be taking a refresher course in customer service. Incredible pompous, loud & snippy. I will not use this shop ever again. If you have endless time on hand - perfect. If you operate on a time schedule & don't enjoy rudeness - don't go there.

This place is a joke. No one should take their precious pups here! Terrible service, I don't trust them very much again with my dog, and they are utterly unreliable. If I could give them fewer stars I would. Just fire everyone and start over.

Extremely dissatisfied with the Petco groomer. My wife came the first time, but was turned away because she didn't have a rabies certificate. She went back a second time with the certificate. Our yorkie was scared. Instead of handling the doggie gently, she manhandled him and he snapped. She refused to groom him because they don't use muzzles. We will never go back to Petco, for anything. Very unprofessional company. Don't use them!

Very friendly people and easy to shop for my kitty . I definitely recommend it as well they have a savvy program, and who doesn't like to save money ?!

Probably the most unprofessional and unorganized store i've ever shopped at. If you're ordering online 10/10 chance they won't have it if they claim it's stocked and if they say they don't have it in stock, chances are it's in stock. I will never be shopping at petco again, there's ALWAYS an issue. Oh and the manager isn't pleasant by any means.

I had an appointment to get my dog groomed, and the Lady (Debbie with white hair) was rude & turned me away because of "matting". She said she could refer me out to a vet to have him shaved. My dog is 7 1/2 years old and never have I been told this before. Maybe she just didn't want to groom my dog who is a Pomeranian. Just be aware if you take your dog here for the first time. I called another local groomer and explained. They were very nice and took my dog with no issues & didn't need to shave.

We used to go to this store to purchase food for our pets but after yesterday no more. Our experience was awful. We have a 3,000 gallon with two small turtles and we wanted to add to our turtle family. But the manager didn't take the time to listen to us to inform him of our 3,000 gallon pond. He automatically mentioned that we aren't allowed to mix turtle sizes. So now my question is why at Miromar Outlets their ponds have different turtle species of all different sizes, with koi fish? We've never seen them fight, ever. The employee we dealt with told us that the manager wouldn't sell us the turtles and she even ended up making a racist comment while discussing the issue as we are Latino. We will no longer be shopping here not at the fact of the turtle issue, but the fact of makinf the racist comment. I'm 100% certain that this comment wouldn't have been said if we were white.

Called for a nail clipping for my dog and she said they no longer take walk ins bc they are understaffed and then actually recommended I go to Petsmart! I did. Kimberly there was awesome and we will never return to Petco!
