Started off as a normal oil change price was 20% higher than what I normally pay no issue there as I needed an oil change. Was then instructed by Tyler the tech that he needed my home address and email or he couldn't complete my oil change. I politely declined to provide that personal information was told I had to or they were going to call the police lol. I explained that is my personal information and didn't feel comfortable giving that to them. Tyler instructed the other tech to not close my hood took my cash payment and made me wait. Finally after 15 minutes Tyler said quite sarcastically I hope your day goes as well as you have been here with us. When I asked what his name was he lied and said it was Fraser. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location and they should probably get some better customer service techs.Service: Oil change

My normal location had a line, this one is 2 minutes down the road. Same awesome fast service. A little hard to figure out the entrance but it's fine. My company uses a fleet service so I don't know prices, but the service is fast and good.

Attempted to get my oil changed 20 minutes before they close... as I pulled up, they shut all their bay doors and started laughing, then proceeded to tell me I could come back tomorrow at 8. After coming to this same establishment for my vehicle as well as recommending it for years, I think it's pretty safe to say I won't return, and instead will just opt to reference people to another establishment. Poor showing on their part as a business.

Would give it 10 stars! Excellence in customer service and satisfaction. Local, family-owned and operated - this is the place to go! I have been visiting Swift Oil for years and am always satisfied. Also one can never go wrong with Pennzoil products. After a recent interaction, I can attest that these folks place their customers' satisfaction above all else! The owner himself took time out of his day to ensure I was happy! Also Sauveur, the manager at Pine Ridge location was so pleasant and professional!
