I had the pleasure of working with Matt at Paradise Grill in Naples's Tamiami location, and I couldn't be happier with the service he provided. Matt was incredibly respectful throughout the entire process, never once pressuring us to make a decision. He gave us the time and space we needed to consider our options, and his patience was greatly appreciated. Thanks to Matt's professionalism and dedication, we are now owners of a nice outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grill. Highly recommended!

The Paradise Grill store on 5th Ave in Naples is the nicest Grill Store I have ever seen. That coupled with the helpful and knowledgeable salespeople is a big plus! If you come in with a cell photo of where you want the grill to go they can show you many available options that will fit. Pricing is also a plus. They have specials that are welcome. The showroom is very large and gives all the options. The products are well made and stainless steel. The Grill cabinets are tubular aluminum and the walls are like the outside of a home and can be painted to match your Lani. Other plus, grills can be easily changed from Lp gas to natural gas. I am 73 years young. I have had many grills at many places in the US. From Weber on up. These grills are built well and are a good size with 4 separate burners and infrared as the fifth option, great for fish. Finally, they are very meticulous on their order forms to make sure they deliver what you bargained for. Warranty is good and the replacement and upgrade program are innovative. Overall product really enhanced my pool and Lani. Mack

Fantastic experience with Matt in the Naples store. Stopped in just before closing. Matt was with guests, but answered all my questions. Next day, we texted throughout the day where he answered all my questions promptly. Finished the rest of transaction without ever having to go back into the store. Fantastic purchasing experience from start to finish! Highly recommend. Thank you Matt!
