I dropped in at the Mercato store in Naples, Florida. Iwas pleasantly surprised to hear a greeting called out to me. This charming lady quickly came over and asked what she could help me find.Lo and behold, she had exactly what I was looking for! If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Women behind register blonde hair and glasses is very snooty and rude. They don't like kids in their store because she said that she doesn't understand why people bring kids in stores that touch everything that is what kids do. She does have breakables in the back which I get I did not appreciate her shaming me and the whole conversation and her pointing at my daughter she did accidentally bump into a table nothing broke I apologized about it the whole convo made me very uncomfortable will not be back ever again. She lost my business for life.

Very over priced. Staff was not friendly. Bought an expensive wrapping paper and you can see right through it. The staffs recommendation was to buy another roll and wrap it twice. Ive never had to do that In my 30yrs of wrapping gifts. Nice location and cute selection of items.

Visited this place a few weeks ago on vacation and it has some cute paper but it needs to keep politics out of the store!! The pride bs that I saw in this store is just shoving it in these little kids faces which is disgusting!! Also the Kamala Harris and Obama and Fauci crap they are selling in this store is disgusting!! You can tell as soon as you walk in who the owner voted for and yes that is their opinion but when it comes to politics leave it out of the stores!!

You have a beautiful store. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There are so many things to spark ones creativity. I love all of the cards, paper, gifts and pampering items. I especially love and appreciate the inclusive sign on your door. That is a rarity in Naples. Thank you for stepping up!
