The folks at Pak and Ship are wonderful--I won't go to any other shipping place unless I absolutely have to. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and treat every customer like an individual, providing the attention and assistance we all deserve, even when season is in full swing. I am happy to pay a bit more tosupport a local business that has always been so fantastic. Do not believe any bad reviews--I have read them,and they could pretty much only come from uninformed /misinformed and rude people.

The employees are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I had to ship a large, bulky box. I asked if I can prop the door open to make it easier for me to get it from my trunk and carry it in. The 2 gentlemen went above and beyond. One came to get the box out of my car while the other had a hand truck. I handed them the return label and was on my way. Definitely would recommend using them for all of your mailing/shipping needs.

I live in a remote area of Alaska, and I took advantage of the lovely shopping here in Naples, while visiting my family. I did a little shopping 45 lbs worth! lol. Jesus, who is the assistant store manager grabbed a cart came out to my car and grabbed my items. He was so helpful, he gave me his recommendations on what size box and packing. All three employees were so friendly and happy. What a nice experience it was. I was concerned with cost of shipping, as anything shipping to Alaska is expensive. Jesus went to the trouble of taking 'my' suggestion by using a smaller box, but then I eventually figured out that he was absolutely correct with his suggestion! 100 % lol ! My package beat me home, it was there waiting for me! I highly recommend this team at Pak -n- Ship, they exceed the definition of customer service!! Friendly, Caring, Knowledgeable. A young man who claims to be the manager of Pak n Ship off Vanderbilt, will not give an answer, give an exacti price, he. first I’m told $139., then approx. $100, then approx $92, then when I demanded an exact price it was $90. WHEN I COMPLAINED HOW DIFFICULT IT IS TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AND ASKED WHERE THE NEAREST DHL OFFICE ACTUALLY IShe told me more than 49 miles away,Decided to skip this middle man and go to DHL office it FMY, myself,.PER GOOGLE MAPS THE DHL OFFICE ISN’TTHAT FAR AWAY, I’LL GO DIRECTLY TO DHL IN FMY.

This is the most remarkable shipping store I have ever visited. Everyone is so professional and super friendly. You always get a hello when you walk through the door. I drive all the way from south Naples near Marco to utilize their services and we have a mailing address with them so when we travel we can get all our mail and packages! Just awesome!

Corey and his team did an amazing job packing and shipping several large pieces of furniture and miscellaneous items to California. All items were packed very securely and arrived in excellent shape.
