Others and myself were here lined up prior to them opening. The guy and girl looked to be having a conversation and took a minute to open the door after opening time even though they knew there were 3 people standing outside. Regardless they are always helpful and get things shipped properly. I come here for all things shipping.

Amazing customer service. I went in and my return was scheduled for Whole Foods although I could swear I selected The UPS Store. Customer service representative helped me get this straightened out so I didn’t need to drive another 10 miles to Whole Foods. I so appreciate the caring service. Will always do business at this store!

Update: In Response to the merchant, any company that you send back merchandise through you should receive a return receipt as soon as you hand the item to the counter person to return the item. My husband asked the man behind the counter several times to please scan the item to return, and he refused and refused to give a return receipt. Now the item shows that it was never given back. You are incorrect, and we did have the return label taped on the item to return. You could look at the cameras yourself and see my husband handing the item to the man behind the counter. We understand your cameras may be private for your company, but we asked management to please look into it, and the request was denied. Where did the package go? Why was it never scanned after it was handed to the man behind the counter to be sent back? You may want to speak to UPS about your store in regard to returns yourself.We don't recommend using Pak-n-Ship; they are not to be trusted. We dropped off a package to be sent back to a company, and we requested twice to get a return label because the item was very expensive. The man behind the desk became very rude and refused to give the return label. He said the store didn't do that; we left the item still trusting the store, and the item got lost. According to UPS, this is the third investigation they have recently opened with this store regarding items brought in for UPS to send back, but the merchant is not receiving the item back. I am not sure what the store is doing with return items brought in, but I highly recommend that if you have an item you need to return, take it directly to UPS. Don't make the mistake my husband made by trusting this location to give the item to UPS. After my husband left the item, it was never scanned; it was picked up by UPS, and the store refused to give any assistance to find the item. We even asked if they could look at cameras, and they refused.

I was told I would get text when I had mail this is the main reason I rented a box.This does not happen. When you ask you are given various excuses its the software company etc l said just text me when l have mail Susanna the managerSaid no we can't do that.I said can I speak to the owner she said no they are out of the country until mid August.Frankly l have never seen a company LESS CONCERNED about customer issues.If you rent a box here and they sell you on we will let you know when your mail comes don't believe it.

I went in store yesterday right when they opened at 9am. I have been in this store many times always nice and respectful to all, the one time I ask a question the woman had to be rude of course, I should have known better. Rather than let myself get angry and make a big deal out of it I walked away, next time it will be different. First off, I have the the key and contacted them to have packages put in bin so I could pick them up early and they gave me a key that didn't work so I wasted a trip at 7:am. Then around 8:58am I went in to get my mail and tried to ask woman a quick question and she looks at me with a sad face, I thought she was going to cry, she says with a bad attitude can I open the store first. If she was nice with her response I would have nothing to say. This isn't the first time either, I have noticed bad attitude with other employees as well. I gave her my mail box key and door key to end my business with them and she doesn't even mention the 10.00 deposit. I walked out and will never go back, keep the 10.00 and invest in better employees. Return any mail I get in future to sender.

This was my first time visiting this location for a FedEx return I had to make. The staff were super friendly, fast, and made the process really easy. I will definitely return.

If I could give this Pack-n-Ship store more than 5 stars I would. They have always provided good service at each visit. Today, particularly, the store went beyond and above my expectations and the call of duty to help me. Particularly, Emma was so helpful, so kind and professional. Emma, I can't thank you enough!

Love the service here. Staff is very nice and responsive. I love their texting service to let me know when a package has arrived. I travel a lot and love knowing my mail and packages are secure.

Girl at cashier seemed angry. I felt bad for her. She was rude and obviously unhappy. I don't know if she is forced to work there or something, but I am not going back.

I am only giving one star and zero stars is not an option. We just moved to Florida from the west coast and when we placed an offer on a house we opened a mailbox. The person at the counter pushed for a 12 month Vs 3 month as we wouldn't need to worry about paying every 3 months. Sounded good to me until we closed in the house and now moved into the neighborhood this not needing this mailbox ( we never had any mail sent here anyway as it was a backup option for mail in the event we didn't come to agreement with the seller ) Fast forward to today where the owner of this establishment stood aggressively before my face letting me know the following: I signed an agreement of 10+ pages I should have read If I chose 3 months I could cancel and no harm no foul and pay no more money He pays his employees bonuses to talk people into paying for 12 months offering a bonus month of mailbox rental( this now makes sense the high sales pressures of paying upfront to make me feel like they were looking after my best interest when they clearly were only trying to please their boss and line their pockets? He has given many people full money back refunds but picks and chooses who to do this with based on if he feels it's within a timeframe he thinks is long enough to read through all the paperwork. My 3 months didn't make the cut. ( did not matter that we never had any mail sent nor that we just closed and moved here) Buyer Beware!!! This is not the customer service one would hope from a small business owner as he is forward thinking enough to realize he just lost a customer for life. That $75 he refused to give me would look like Pennie's compared to the shipping , card shipping, faxing, printing , and other services I would have brought him plus good word versus me feeling it necessary to warn others of his shady business practices. I will leave my review with nobody explained what was being signed, they had no keys and stated they often had no keys to the boxes and people wait days for them all the time, there are around 10 pages of small print with multiple signatures, the counter associates pressure you into paying for 12 months for a bonus from this establishments owner. Had I read reviews before hand I would see I am not alone with bad customer service.

Unethical and crooks. They continued to bill me for my mailbox and associated storage for 6 months after I closed account. If they do not rectify I will sue and blast them on every social media platform possible. CROOKS AND HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL

The staff was rather rude, one staff member was vaping and blowing it in packages. Whole place reeked of it.
