Not entirely happy with the service. The technician may have been a novice as she didn’t seem to have the experience others do.
The cuticle cleanup was very light, the filing was ok..ish, she didn’t speak much to me and breathed through her mouth and onto my hands and face because she seemed very congested. When I paid and gave my feedback to the lady who asked me about my service, she called out the technician and asked if those were allergies.
She told me I should have asked her to use a mask.. really? At the very least, she should have known to use one or she should have stayed home if she’s sick.
I think it could have been handled differently. But I hope you’re right, and it’s all allergies. But if I get the flu or anything else, I’ll know where I got it.
The color was applied in heavy blobs, my nails are thick and bumpy…
Also, the utensils didn’t seem to be sterilized. Let’s just say I won’t return here. I really was hoping for the best because I’m new to the area and I chose this place based on the reviews.
I don’t like to give less than 5 stars reviews but I’m not happy. I wanted to get off the chair as soon as she started to breathe on my face but I didn’t want to be rude. And if I asked her to wear a mask, it would have been rude too.. not to mention that then she wouldn’t be able to breathe at all.. ?♀️

Last week I had a “spa day” with my family (3 woman and 2 kids) and we had a great time, the girl in charge of the kids make it a great experience for them adding stickers to their nails and painting their nails with as much colors as they wanted. And for the grown ups, we love the foot massage and delicate service they bring. This is my go to place all the time

Delightful signature pedicure from Alyssa! Gentle at the right times, but still perfect pressure for the massage. She took her time and didn’t rush through it at all, but she was quick with prep and cleanup to get off to the next person. Clean place, friendly staff, and no offensively strong acetone smell that you sometimes find in a nail salon. I’ll certainly be back!

They’re open seven days a week. They offer a convenient text message service where you can schedule an appointment.
I had a spa pedicure and Melissa did a great job. She is very detailed and friendly.
I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend.

Lisette was my stylist today for my deluxe pedicure. She was outstanding! She paid attention to the sensitive areas of my feet. She asked me to let tell her if it was painful to let her know. She was very meticulous with my cuticle care and the shaping of my nails. I would recommend Lisette 100%!
Stylist: Jaimey was my stylist. I showed her a video of something I wanted. She didn’t have the exact color but she picked something very similar and I actually liked it better! She is very professional and always does amazing work!

I went to Glow Nails for the first time on Wednesday, July 24th. I have been looking for a nail salon for about six weeks.
I was greeted right away and made to feel welcome. Kate did an amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time and was very meticulous. Mac, the owner, was very personable and I feel like I have found my new nail home. Thank you Glow Nail Salon.

FINALLY! For over one year I have been in search for a quality Pedi. Tired of poor quality work I decided to give Glow a visit based on some reviews and a google search! From the moment I walked in all of the staff and Patti my tech were helpful and polite! I had Patti and she took her time to ensure I was happy! She fixed my feet that have been waiting to be treated well!!! The attitude and pedi are both phenomenal! Ask for Patti! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I have gone to most nail salons in Naples and finally found a place I will return to and recommend. Professional staff and clean salon!
Cleanliness: Clean and bright.
Stylist: Danay was my manicurist who spoke excellent English. We were able to have good conversation. My spouse had Diana who also spoke excellent English and they enjoyed talking as well. My spouse knows some Spanish and was able to speak in her primary language. Thank you both an enjoyable experience!
