First time here and I Paid $47 for their highest service car wash and interior vacuum. And there is literally still sand and lint all over my car. I could’ve done better myself at a self service car wash.

I’ve always had my car cleaned here, but this last time they really did a bad job on the inside. I had spilled something on the front passenger mat, and they didn’t even bother to wipe it down, and then the back seat was not even vacuumed! There were some cracker crumbs covered by a small pillow and they didn’t even bother to move it to vacuum!!! If you’re going to take your car there inspect it carefully before you drive away. I didn’t see it until three days later when it was too late to complain.

I’m the last people to leave a bad review on any place because I’m a business owner and I know how bad reviews can affect a business, specially those small business owners that take their saving to open a business and loose it all because they can’t keep up with financial obligations.
This Carwash by cosco in naples Florida is one of the worse one ;and I have to share my experience because it’s not fair to people that’s not getting what they paid for. Paying almost $50 to wash a car and have to clean your own cup holder afterward. That’s unacceptable. Worse of all , they are playing with customer service. You don’t get what you paid for and still have to deal with a bad customer service. In more than 5 years , I have never once satisfied with their service. I only use them in case of emergency when my car is too dirty. But again , every time I go there I get the same result . My car never gets cleaned properly regardless of what option I pick on the board .
I am going just leave it there , you can experience them yourself but I will rather sit in a hot sun to clean the car myself if I don’t have anywhere else to go . I will never go there ever again .

Not very satisfied with my car wash. I paid for the top one ($50) which was to include a wax and tire/wheel cleaning. The truck looks pretty decent overall. 7.5/10 on the interior 6.5/10 on exterior. The wheels and tires don’t look touched at all. There’s still dirt spots on back of truck etc. It looked no better than the $16 option in my honest opinion. I did pay the extra $10 for the mat wash which did turn out pretty good I will say. Skeptical about going back again. I feel I get the same outcome from one of those $16 washes that you vacuum yourself.

They use to be good. Now they just hustle you through every wash. I have to inspect my car now,, my windshield is always dirty when I leave. For the last few days two of the spinning rubber brushes has not been working, am I getting a really good car wash now, is everyone getting a good car wash now, NO!!

I have paid for their membership $48 per month for multiple months. Today I paid $18 ($8 for members plus $10 for washing mats) on top of the monthly membership. When my car wash was complete I opened my trunk to find my rubber mats untouched and not washed. I also found sand in my trunk. I asked for the mats to be cleaned like I had paid for and they did wash the mats. However, this is not the first time I have been disappointed. I will cancel the membership and I will not recommend Neapolitan Car Wash to family or friends. Nice workers drying the car off at the end but still, I pay over $40 for monthly membership fees and this is not what I expect.

I’ve been there several times over a few years. I thought the days where the performance was subpar were maybe just off days. Now after giving them several chances to shine they e failed. I say if you just need the dust knocked off your car not a bad spot for a quick in and out. E ready to go else where for a thorough job.

From driving up to get a wash. I had mentioned it was my B'day.
They told me to say something up front. They gave me a wash and extremely reduced cost. Then they brought me a bottle of water.
And then the owner Denis came over. What a kind and fun man! It was just a nice experience thank you!!
