Excellent staff. Comfortable, great looking furnishings. Negatives: ship time will be months on most items. If you find puddling/wrinkling of leather seat cushions and leather chair backs unattractive and unwanted then stay away from all Natuzzi leather furniture. They may not tell you that this will occur with their leather product but it is common as it was with our purchases. The photos in their catalogs and showroom examples will not demonstrate the leather puddling and wrinkling but it will occur as it did with ours (and ours hadn’t even been sat upon!). Buyer beware of Natuzzi leather furnishings.

Bought a Natuzzi motorized chair, actually two of them from a local dealer. On one the motor stopped working after only two weeks. Still waiting on Natuzzi to get a repair man out to see me. What a disappointment.

As a loyal customer for many years, I've furnished multiple homes with Natuzzi's elegant furnishings. You cannot get better quality!! Their furnishings and style stand the test of time. If you buy during sales, the furnishings are quite affordable!! Lisa, the store manager is a gem. She goes out of her way to assist you. TEN STARS!!!!

BEWARE! STOP, and RUN AWAY! How can to tell if your Natuzzi sales rep is lying to you? His lips are moving. Ok old joke, but applies in this case. I've not yet received the chair we ordered, but here's my experience so far, so you can learn from my horrendous experience. We visited the Naples store in 2018 on several occasions and really liked the llia chair. We came back when we saw a sale at the store, since nearly $5,000 for a lounge chair is a considerable price tag. Our sales person is best described as a combination of a "lounge lizard" and a "used car" sales person. No offense intended to either of those predators or professions. He was completely distracted as we tried the chair and even during the ordering process, as he sprang to prey on each victim as they entered the store, keeping us waiting over an hour. We should have walked then. When we had his attention for a few minutes, we asked if there were any other sales, discounts or fees other than the 50% deposit, he assured us there were not. Except when I got home and looked at the receipt as I was filing it in my drawer, I found a $265 delivery fee...for a single chair! I called immediately to question it, and he said he must have "forgotten" to mention it. HMMM. Now here we are 3 months later and the chair has arrived from Italy. We weren't in a hurry since our condo is undergoing renovation, which we explained at the time. We even had brought samples of flooring, etc., to help with ordering the chair, to ensure it fit the décor. When I received the call last week while driving across Alligator Alley, I nearly drove into a ditch as the salesman explained there would be $10 PER DAY additional charge since we weren't ready to accept the chair, due to delays in construction. He said that it was "clearly stated" in the contract. When I got home, I checked the paperwork. Not surprisingly, he only provided me two pages of the 6 page agreement. I suspect all the hidden fees are on those pages. When I contacted the salesperson, he again said there's nothing he can do, it's corporate policy. I pray that there is nothing wrong with the chair when we get it, since based on my experience to date, I'm sure the process will be equally horrid. I've tried to contact Corporate Office, but no response yet. *I rated the store as 1 Star, since there isn't a Zero Star option.
