I have been through a couple of spinal problems after the age of 40. When I found NYC and gained strength, stability and mobility in my spine and core… those earlier problems were a thing of the past. My lumbar spine was collapsing to the point that I sat on the couch and couldn’t get up at the age of 50. You can reverse spinal problems with the right yoga teacher. NYC provides the right teachers to keep your spine and your body safe and moving with ease! I move today the same as when I was 30 (and I am 51)! 50 is the new 30 with the right yoga teachers!!

The teachers at NYC are incredibly knowledgable, give individual attention to each student, and create a caring, inspiring environment. They know how to show you proper alignment so that you don't get injured, and they know a lot about yoga philosophy and how to create a sustainable practice. I have been practicing yoga for a long time. Cesar and Amy are excellent yoga teachers, they are masterful instructors. In yoga proper alignment in postures matter, small adjustments are critical and make a huge difference. Being mindful and aware as we flow from one pose to the next is so important. Only really knowledgeable yoga instructors can guide and instruct students in this way. I feel so fortunate to have found this studio!

Excellent teachers and a welcoming group of practitioners. This is my favorite yoga studio in Naples. No gimmicks, no goats! Real Yoga is taught and practiced here.

Amy Lucy is one of the most caring and thoughtful yoga teachers I've found. She cares enough to learn her students postural patterns and helps them into proper alignment-which isn't common with ordinary yoga teachers. I've practiced with her for 2 years. I trust her with my well being and have grown from her more in these 2 years than in the 4 years i was practicing prior.She's the best in town.
