It didn't take long to decide which Vacuum store I would be using! A short phone conversation with Gerry was all I needed; Gerry is not a salesperson but a person who has been servicing vacuums for over 30 years. His was not the closest to my home but well worth the comfort of knowing the person on the other side of the desk knows what they are talking about. So 2 days later I had my new Dyson, delivered and assembled to my front door with inperson instructions!

I am not one to hand out reviews unless I truly believe a business deserves it. It was my pleasure today to deal with Gerard Valentin of Naples Vacuum Sales and Service. He restore our Dyson battery vacuum cleaner. The machine was purchased five years ago as a factory rebuild and frankly I was of the option that we would have to purchase a new one. Mr. Valentine fixed it as good as new with a new battery and filter. No high pressure sale talk on buying a new one. In addition he throughly cleaned it and share some simple maintenance tips to assure many more years of service.

Couldn't be happier with Gerard at Naples Vacuum. Called this morning and he came out this afternoon. On time and professional he evaluated the issue, replaced the circuit board and the central vacuum was up and running. All in about 25 minutes. He clearly knows what he's doing. Highly recommend Eric

We visited the Naples Vacuum Cleaner Store because the vacuum our HOA commuity used for cleaning our clubhouse after gatherings stopped working. Gerard gave the vacuum an inspection, quickly ascertained the problems and gave us a firm quote for repair. We accepted the quote, the vacuum was repaired in 24 hours to factory standards and the price was very fair. Our second visit was to look for a new vacuum for our personal use. Gerard showed us numerous models, we chose the Sebo and we could not be more pleased. Gerard is knowlegable, skilled and honest. You will be impressed with Gerard and the vast line of products he sells and services.

Naples Vacuum Sales store is great we bought a mile vacuum and a dyson vacuum. They previously fixed a central vacuum for us and Gerry the owner does all the work in one day, free estimates, dont use anyone else. located by airport pulling north of davis blvd in the shopping strip with rumba cuban cafe. 5 stars for years, they have been there 15 years. best repair and they sell every vacuum made great selection over a hundred vacuums to try before you buy.

We have a fairly newer vacuum, and when my other half told me something was up, I wasn't sure what to do. Buy a new one seemed the easiest thing, , but my girlfriend insisted on having it looked at, so we looked up Naples Vacuum and away she went. Lauren was treated very nice and showed her a couple things, and Gerry did some minor surgery. Very reasonable, I felt a bit stupid thinking I was gonna waste money on a new one. Don't even think about calling any competition. They won't be beat!! Outstanding service.

Literally destroyed our home.
We had Jerry, owner from Naples Vacuum to our home a couple times. First to replace the old system and second to make adjustments. Both times, he was condescending and confrontational, to say the least.
On November 10, 2017, he came to move a central vacuum pipe as part of reconstruction. He showed up in dress loafers, a Hawaiian shirt and dress slacks to do construction. A few minutes into the process, he walked on the fire sprinkler pipes, broke the water main and literally destroyed our house. For some reason, when he came down from the crawl space, bewildered, practically in shock, he went to the electrical panel to turn the water off.
While a friend and I were trying to shut the water main off at the street, Jerry somehow slithered away. 30 min later (Jerry, I still have the screen shot) he called me and said that he would be happy to buy me a wet vac to clean up.
Tens of thousands of dollars, insurance adjusters, and six months later, we had our house rebuilt.
Jerry, want to dispute any of this??????

I have called Gerard with questions and he has always been honest and trustworthy. At one point, he even just gave me a new main piece for my central vacuum. So different from other stores like his in the area who are only interested in selling new machines. I decided to buy a canister vacuum from him too. He carries top-of-the-line machines at internet prices with better warranties. He unpacks them, confirms that they work and answers any questions. Thanks, Gerard!!

Quick and inexpensive service. Couldn't have been nicer or more honest. We walked in. The problem was identified quickly. Repair was done immediately. Also very reasonably priced bags for the vacuums. Was very pleasant
