I called Speedy Garage Doors yesterday and was pleasantly surprised when the owner, Shay, answered the phone. He was very professional and offered to give me a free estimate, which is unheard of these days. We made plans to meet this morning. Shay gave me the estimate, explained what needed to be done and WHY, which was key to my making a decision. NO "hard sale." Just the facts. Based on his experience and professionalism, I decided on the spot to have him replace the 10 plastic rollers, which were 20 years old, but definitely on their last legs. He also lubricated the tracks and did a general maintenance check. I feel confident that I hired the best person to do the job. VERY pleased. Very professional. The spring on my garage door broke Saturday night. Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. Shay arrived to save the day. Both my vehicles were trapped inside. He did an outstanding job in a short amount of time leaving the rest of my day freed up. Cannot recommend him enough. Very nice guy as well. Thank you Shay!!!!!

Shay does an excellent job! I received a recommendation from a neighbor for Speedy Garage Doors and my neighbor didn't steer me wrong! My door opener failed in the evening and I called Speedy and Shay answered - no answering service here folks! He set up an appointment for the next morning and told me he would text me around 8 when he was on his way. Shay did exactly that and arrived a bit after 8. By 9:30 I had new opener, rail, sensors and two pads installed plus my cars we programmed as well. Speedy Garage door only uses Liftmaster products. The difference between the old motor and chain and this Liftmaster product is night and day. The new unit is smooth and super quiet. Speedy provides quality service and a quality product. You definitely get what you pay for with Speedy. Thank you Shay!

Overcharged by two times and put in the wrong repair springs. Had to call overhead doors corrected the problem with correct size springs at half the price again . Questions Call me: 919-673-9803

Buyer beware. I met this great lady when I was visiting Naples and I was heartbroken by her story of having terrible experience with this company. She gave them a $1,900 deposit. This was in March and to this day she gets the runaround and nobody has shown up to do the work. Not only that but they're suggesting she pay the balance of the job when they haven't even gotten started.

The work done by Speedy Garage was excellent. It took less than four days from initial meeting to install. The door was exactly what we wanted and the technician was professional. They really do have the best staff and prices in Naples. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door work!
