Lacking basic customer service skills. Wanted to supported local business this year. Visited the Tin City location 12/7 to purchase a Christmas gift for a work party. The sales woman helping was extremely rude and condescending throughout the entire transaction. When I was asking about what scents they put together in special sets, I was told “you cant smell a set now can you?” Would not recommend.

Been using Naples soaps for years, but I won’t be back to this location. Store manager is extremely pushy and will take it personally if you don’t buy her recommendations. Super uncomfortable shopping experience, had this happen twice here with the same person. Love the products, but save yourself and hit up the other locale.

I just came in for the first time yesterday and let me tell you.. I actually enjoy taking showers now! I WILL COME AGAIN, thanks to the girl with red hair, I can quite remember her name. Anyways, that sugar scrub is to die for... I'm so smooth and soft now!!

This is my fave lil shop when waiting on my table at Pinchers around the corner! I have psoriasis as an adult and these soaps harmoniously cooperate with my skin and does not irritate it either! The staff is super cool and informative, especially MJ! She is the bomb! Try their loofa soaps and shower bombs they are amazing! 10/10

We are regulars at Naples Soap in Downtown Fort Myers. We have 7 kids that all live out of town and the first place they want to go is Naples Soap in Downtown Fort Myers. We all love the products as they are amazing. Linda is top notch there and works extremely hard. She has the BEST service and goes out of her way to find what we need. She and Niva both are amazing. I hated bar soap till I started using Naples Soaps bar soap, now I don't want anything else. The body oil is also one of our favorites. The kids love their Christmas stockings cuz they know they are all getting Naples Soap products from the Downtown Fort Myers Location. The best of all of them!

Loved this little shop so much. This was my first time in Naples so I was checking out little areas here and there and I stumbled upon this place. Great handmade soap, the customer service was amazing I made a few purchases such as the loufa soap bar as well as their biodegradable soup holder, I will definitely be returning

I bought a body butter and the coffee scrub for my cellulite and stretch marks, I did not expect a difference but after only around 9 days of use my stretch marks have lightened from a dark red to barely visible, my cellulite isn’t gone fully but there’s a slight change and the acne bumps on my arms have smoothened out from using the scrub
