Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. The person I met at the front desk was totally inept. The call center does not pick up their phone and when they do, they are also inept. I have been waiting a WEEK for them to get their act together and submit a pre-authorization to my insurance company so I can get a breathing device. I call and call and it never gets done.They require you to keep a credit card on file and even though I paid for my device PRIVATELY because I could not wait, they are trying to charge my card an unnecessary payment. They are just nothing but corporate greed - do not let the local name fool you. Go somewhere else if you need to breathe!! This company is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!

I have been buying replacement parts for my CPAP machine here for the last four years. The gentleman who works there has been very helpful. On my most recent visit I was told by another sales person that they would not sell me a replacement mask without an updated Prescription. Even though I’ve been using the same mask for 18 years explained that I was leaving the country the next day and would not have time to get an appointment with a sleep doctor. Would they please allow me to buy a replacement mask as I am in a dire situation , the manager came out and cited All their rules and regulations that they arbitrarily follow. I found them unhelpful, unsympathetic, flippant and indifferent towards my situation. I understand that there are rules that need to be followed but more importantly, there are lives at risk for people who need these machines to sleep. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a CPAP machine or to get any kind of service to go somewhere where they actually care about customers. Horrible experience, I will never return.

My cpap is covered by my Medicare and they still wanted to charge me 300. Down and 12 dollars a month. A rip off company ?

went to my appointment to pick up a newCPAP machine and headgear. I was offered two choices of headgear both of which I did not like but I chose the lesser of two evils and chose one. I used it that night and realized it is very difficult with the plastic hinges to clip it under your nose. I returned the next day with the headgear, thinking it would be very easy to exchange it for one I am more comfortable with.That was not the case! I was told I had to make another appointment and wait another five days to use my new PAP machine. I asked for the manager, I was advised Crystal was not there. Having watched what transpired the day before while I was waiting when the male employee gave the customer her supplies and had no knowledge on how to use those supplies and was reading instructions from the box I felt this was a worthless trip back there. I will be using another store due to their lack of professionalism .

I was at the North Naples store today and could not believe how unhelpful and unfriendly Patricia was at the front desk. Patricia was rude and really did not care to help me people. I heard her talk with another man. She has an attitude of not helping or caring to help him. She needs a public relations class to help her attitude with people.Stephanie, on the other hand, was very professional and knowledgeable. Stephanie, who fitted my CPAP was very helpful and helped me with my questions so I was glad I waited to see her to get my new equipment.

Horrible service. Waiting 18 months for new BPap machineThat should have been replaced In 2021. No one ever calls toSee how my very old machine is holding. I have it taped in areas so it will work properly.I'm a CHF patient but it doesn't seem to matter to them.I've gone to their showroom/office in Naples at least 6 times and call them every other month. They keep saying they don't have any new machines in stock. Funny the just opened a 2nd location in Naples, wonder how they are servicing the customers with no new BPap machines????One lie after another.

Unengaged and unhelpful staff, no inventory, total waste of my time. My experience was with the Collier Blvd store. I live close by and thought it would be helpful to have local store. I truly felt that I was bothering them when I showed up for an appointment.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone! Tried for 45 minutes without any response. Called 35 minutes after published start time and was told through recording that I needed to call back during business hours.
