What a great locally owned store! Stephanie was so helpful. She took her time with me and helped me find just the fight shoe and slipper. I recommend shopping here for your running and walking shoes.

Shoes I’ve bought were a size too big. Came back two days later and exchanged the shoes for a smaller size. Appreciate the openness and customer service. You’ve got a customer for life!

I was in need of supportive athletic shoes to walk in and I found them. Naples On the Run offered friendly, attentive service as they asked about my needs & assessed my foot & gait. I came home with two pairs of shoes that are just right! Thank you.

Pretty impressed by the saucony racing shoe for women I run the uneven surfaces so I fall a lot but because this shoes toe support I avoided a fall it doesn’t seem much of a shoe until you’re able to go faster than ever and avoid falling I remember hitting upper toe area was able to balance upwards There was a race going on that weekend actually 2 so the entire store was 20% off

We were looking for a place we could exchange a new never-worn pair of Women's Hoka running shoes for the same shoe in another size, even thought the original pair was purchased from the Hoka website. James, the employee who helped us, didn't know know the answer to our question (it was his third day on the job) but made a few calls while we looked around the store. While we didn't receive the answer we wanted, we understood the reasons why. James was friendly, courteous, professional -- and a lot of fun to talk to. We ended up buying a Old Naples race t-shirt for $5 and smiled all the way to our car.
