I recently had the pleasure of using Naples Moving and Storage for my own relocation, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with their services. As someone who has gone through several moves in the past, I can confidently say that Naples Moving and Storage exceeded all my expectations.
From the very first conversation I had with Herman, I could tell that he genuinely cared about making my move as smooth and stress-free as possible. Unlike other moving companies in the Southwest Florida region, they didn't overwhelm me with requesting an itemized list. Instead, they focused on clear communication and being honest about their services, which instantly put me at ease.
On the day of my move, I encountered a problem with my elevator being down, which caused me to panic. However, when I called Naples Moving and Storage, they assured me that they would handle the situation. They even offered to send additional crew members if necessary. Luckily, the elevator started working just in time, but their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers left a lasting impression on me.
The moving team, led by Collin, was exceptional. Despite facing unexpected delays due to a car pile-up, they remained professional, courteous, and dedicated to getting the job done efficiently. They handled my belongings with care, and their attention to detail was truly commendable. Throughout the entire process, they maintained a positive attitude and made sure I felt comfortable and supported.
I wholeheartedly recommend Naples Moving and Storage for anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy moving company. Whether you're moving locally in Southwest Florida or embarking on a long-distance move, they have you covered.

Herman and Oscar were incredible. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They moved us from Royal Harbor in Naples to Chicago. It was all very seemless. They were professional, respectful, competent, and hard working. They kept in constant communication through the move. They did exactly what they committed to do with no up charges or hidden fees. We have done many moves over the years and this was our best experience.

Naples Moving & Storage distributed half of our household treasures to our children and grandchildren and a museum from our home in Naples to their 5 homes and the museum in NC. The move went without a hitch and everyone was texting me as to how professional Naples Moving & Storage was. Herman took wonderful care of everything.

From start to finish Naples Moving & Storage were amazing. From the time they showed up they were very professional and personable. They handled all our belongings like they were their own. They were extremely careful when wrapping furniture and taking it out of the house. Packing the truck….amazing! Communication during the whole process was top notch. Oscar and Zach helped unpack and move into the new place and they went above and beyond. The communication of location, communication with us of where things need to be and communication between each other is top notch. They were efficient and careful during the whole process. Nothing but good things to say about the company and about Oscar and Zach. We highly suggest them for all of your moving needs. If we move in the future, we will only reach out to Naples Moving and Storage. Herman and his crew are truly the best of the best!

Excellent service. The care taken of my personal possessions was perfection. The gentlemen doing the packing and moving were polite, kind, and caring. Over many years I have used many movers including the national companies and will never consider using any company other than Naples Moving and Storage. The person who recommend them to me has used them multiple times and also raves about their professionalism. They can move anywhere in the county. Perfect!!!

Terrific company. Wonderful team. Efficient packers and movers. Moved bureaus and 27 boxes and wardrobes from our condo in Naples to our home in Rhode Island. Excellent communication and coordination. We could not have been happier. A pleasure to work with Herman and his team.

Herman and Naples Moving did a great job in Naples moving us from our house to smaller condo without ANY issues! In addition, he and an associate moved our excess furniture and other contents back to our primary home in St. Louis. Wow! What great service for a very reasonable charge. Herman and Naples Moving crew simply did a fantastic job!!! He has our highest rating and we would recommend Herman and his crew very very highly to anyone.
Thanks much, we could not have made this downsizing move without them.

The two gentlemen that helped me out yesterday, with my in-laws condo, could not have been any better! They were prompt, courteous, respectful, and honestly absolutely perfect for the job. They were fast and efficient, and the company should be extremely proud to have these men representing them. Well Done ?

Such nice people! They made the move seem easy. Everything was packed well and arrived intact. They patiently hung pictures and reassured my 87 year old Mother who was anxious. You could not ask for better movers!
