Me and my dad both purchased beds from this store. Patty was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took care of us from demonstrating beds, purchase to delivery. We bought a Purple & Leesa brand beds for way less then other stores were selling for. We saved over $2500 shopping here.

Patti was very knowledgeable about mattresses. She showed me which ones were best for me. I purchased one on spot. It was delivered and set up in two days. I highly recommend you check out this store if you are mattress shopping.

Patti was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful about our needs and never tried to sell us something expensive rather than what was good for us personally. It was a FAR different experience than what we had at another local company. We weren’t planning on purchasing on that particular day but felt confident in her knowledge, expressed in a kind, caring manner, and felt she had our best interests at heart, and……we purchased that day with 100% confidence in Naples Mattress and Patti!

Patti provided great service. She was knowledgeable and fun to work with. My visit and ultimate purchase was relaxing, comfortable and I’m looking forward to years of great sleep. Delivery was fast and the guys doing the delivery were great as well. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience from start to finish!!! Patti as always was so helpful and took her time explaining every single detail about every bed…. Pros and cons….We have purchased several beds from there and Patti is ALWAYS AMAZING and on point!!!!! They delivered quick and the delivery team was fast and efficient. Couldn’t have asked for more personable sales reps. We first spoke to Diane, then came back and bought our new king bed from Patti. The two guys who delivered the bed were great. They even helped to move some furniture around for us. The new bed is VERY comfortable. I would definitely buy from Naples Mattress again.

Very friendly and helpful service from Patti. I've been having neck pain, and she basically let me take 2 different pillows home to try out free of charge. Unfortunately, neither felt right and I didn't make a purchase, but Patti still cared enough to give the name of a good pain management doctor. Thank you Patti! Great customer service!

From the moment she greeted me, until after I bought the matress, she followed up with me to make sure everything was as I expected. It actually exceeded my expectations. Purchased a mattress over $4000. Ended up sending it back was like sleeping on a rock. You could bounce a quarter off of it. First young lady helpful. Send person we delt with this past Saturday did not properly inform us of the coast of what he was trying to sell us which would have had us paying an additional over $5000 for a king bed. We quickly declined once he presented us with the invoice. Ok so fixed that paid and went home. Note paid for a “”new mattress””! We receive a phone call about an hour or so later from Leonardo (sales guy) to tell us we could take a used (cleaned) mattress for a little less!!! Was he joking! We declined! And told him to please send us a brand new mattress as promised! Today Monday I was awakened by the guys with the truck and half asleep they brought it in, no box and when I asked where the box was they said it was on the truck. So they bright a mattress in in a plastic bag. Put it on the bed. I didn’t notice at first just left it there to “settle”. As they tell you to do. When I walked by it later I noticed stains in n the top. Shadows of stains aprox 5. Upon looking closer I saw that the sides of the bed that were the cooling foam were slightly over the edges like it had been slept on and pushed out. Other than color you couldn’t tell what firmness I had. The stains are on the top of the bed!!!! Gross!!! Looks like they attempted to clean them but failed. We called to have it replaced and I ask Leonardo what happened and so far all he keeps saying is he doesn’t “understand our order” (which he did just two days before) and he will “”get back to us “. Now we will have no bed to sleep in !!! We feel that Leonardo knew he tried to sell us a ridiculous priced set, ok fixed, then tried to tack a $500 return fee for a bed that was under warranty, and when we complained he took that off, and then called us after we left to offer us a used mattress which we declined and we feel he sent that anyway. He keeps making excuses and has yet to offer to send us the new mattress we ordered which I may add we paid the difference for. Worst service thus far in our opinions. Don’t trust this store anymore especially our sales person.
