We built a house in Naples and had a problem with the handle on one of our doors from Naples Lumber. Miguel from Windows and Doors came to our house to assess the problem and determined that the handle was an issue because the door was warped. The door was under warranty; and without question, Miguel ordered a replacement door, which was installed this morning. My husband and I can’t say enough about the excellent service of Naples Lumbar and, in particular, the professionalism and reliability of Miguel and his installers. Great job!

Waste of time. You'll purchase your order at the counter then go to the back to receive what you paid for just to find out they don't have everything and you get to walk back up to the counter to get your money back while having to go to another facility to get the rest of your materials.

Naples lumber has been exceptional providing service for my new home. There has been so many issues with my new home from my builder which has left me disappointed in trusting companies. However, Naples Lumber, especially Jorge and Luis, have restored my faith that honest people and businesses still exist. Naples LumberOur contract was for - four to six weeks.We ordered 13 doors from Naples Lumber.Our contract stated that the maximum time was six weeks. After the six weeks they then changed it to six weeks was for the delivery time and now another six weeks for manufacturing all 13 doors.Now after waiting that full 12 weeks they made us wait an additional two more weeks.Once the doors finally arrived one of our doors was not correct. It was delivered with No widow when we ordered the door with a window. After fifteen plus times of calling - no one answered the phone. So we went there in person three times to try to get answers - with No satisfaction.While there we asked to speak to the owner --- the owner has never responded.If we could give lower than a # 1 for our review -- We Would.

I have a condo that is 30 years old and I was trying to retrofit crank out window handles with the new folding style handles that wouldn’t interfere with new plantation shutters. Anthony Velez from the window department was absolutely. amazing. He researched what I needed and got me the parts the same day. If I could give more than 5 Stars for his exceptional customer service I would. I highly recommend Naples Lumber.

Purchased some lumber that big box stores do not carry. It was a very small order compared to the large orders from contractors. I was still treated kindly and enjoyed watching all the fork lifts speeding around filling lumber orders.

Update: Someone higher up in Naples Lumber took the time to reach out to me directly shortly after I wrote this. I wish we had been able to talk with someone sooner, but I appreciated the effort and the apologies for what we experienced. He personally checked on everything for us and gave us a real timeline. And to our surprise, the doors ended up being done by the end of the week. Hopefully they will give more accurate timelines to clients in the future, and when they do get delays, their employee will approach it with kindness and understanding. If I had received the service as I had at the end, I would have never needed to write.bad review.I was I almost never write bad reviews, but I feel this is warranted. Like many in our area, our home was destroyed during hurricane Ian. We have been dealing with the painful process of getting it redone so that we are no longer homeless and living with others. We went with Naples Lumber because they gave us a 3-4 week window for getting our doors. Another company was 4 weeks, but we thought 3-4 might be better. It’s been nothing but an unpleasant experience from that point forward. The woman we deal with is rude and unhelpful. We were extremely kind and patient, we know how busy everyone is right now. The doors keep getting delayed, again and again. But, the doors were once again supposed to be in today, 8 weeks after ordering, and guess what, now it’s another 1-2 weeks!! I am just appalled at how they can run a business like this, and when things do go wrong on their end, how they can treat their customers so rudely, like they couldn’t possibly care less that this is holding everything up. Not a few weeks, but almost THREE times as long as they promised. And the new date even changes while you are on the phone with the lady, I think she’s just pointing to a calendar with her eyes closed. I will NEVER use them again. So sad as I love supporting local companies.

Anthony and Miguel were very helpful in helping be find a replacement lock for an Andersen Door. They took the time to help me find the right lock. Now I can use my front door again. They even offered helpful advise on how to install it. Naples Lumber is the place to go!! Thanks again.

Frank, George & John came out today 11-29-22 to repair a window. Great work by everyone! Crew was on time for the appointment, repair was completed in about an hour & cleanup of the job site was exceptionable! All glass was removed & replaced without damaging the tile! Great job guys!

Tom came out to give us an estimate to replace our sliding doors and front door. Never heard from him again. Business must be good if their sales reps are going on calls to give estimates and never getting back to clients.
