A vehicle was a police tow. A friemds car...Had issues with a pending payment. After paying cash Dec 1st the pending payment went thru on Dec 4th. Yes, I wasn't happy, but I kept in contact with Susan. Just left there with a refund check. They were kind caring and helpful
