While traveling I needed pen tips for my insulin. I have a copy of my prescription with me in case of emergency. They refused to sell me pen tips! They said it would take a week to transfer the prescription. I can understand have a strict policy for painkillers, but this seems unreasonable for diabetic supplies. (Wal*Mart will sell you insulin over the counter!)

I despise this pharmacy!!!!!!!! It's a shame, because it's so close to my house but I'd rather drive 30 minutes than have to ever deal with the incompetence again. I started to write a flaming review last month but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again . But here we are.... They've lost 2 prescriptions that were phoned in from my physician, 2 separate times, in 2 consecutive months. Like what are they doing? They aren't back their honing their customer service skills, that's for sure. They'll make eye contact then completely ignore you and walk by. Bryan.. oh Bryan, where do I even begin? The rudest individual I have ever encountered. Personality of a shoe. My husband went to pick up a RX 10 mins til lunch time. He was standing in line when Bryan rolled down the security gate IN HIS FACE and said "come back after lunch".Mind you, this wasn't a drop off- it was a pick up that was already ready! You can't take 5 more minutes and check out the customers waiting in line? My husband was leaving for a work trip and had to go without his medication because poor Bryan was a hungry boy. Bless him. Also, don't ever bother calling. I waited for 15 minutes ON HOLD, just trying to locate the missing medication. They're horrible.I do not recommend engaging with any of them if you suffer from high blood pressure, guaranteed emergency level BP to follow. Please, take my advice here and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself a headache and a heart attack. And for Gods sake if a manager reads this- maybe consider putting Bryan in the back room away from the general public. He clearly hates life, his job, me, you, and ya mama.

I needed a wine bottle gift bag and the concierge at the hotel guided me here. Thankfully they did have it and all is well in the world. Super nice person at the front who walked me over to find it. Was interesting to see the different items they have on sale here relative to California.

Of all the CVS' in Naples, this one has the most empathetic pharmacy staff. Please take a lot of the negative reviews w a grain of salt bc this is, after all, Naples...slightly less entitled than the entire east coast from west palm down to key biscayne...the second most insufferable entitled people in the lower 48...they're busy. Slammed. Why? This is tourist central and everyone everywhere wants their scripts transferred. Yet from these reviews you'd think they were located in the middle of nowhere w a population of 5. The lines can be LONG...ESPECIALLY at 2 bc the pharmacy closes for mandatory lunch 1:30-2. Just plan around and try to pick up after 3 or before 1:30 to avoid the closure. SMILE PEOPLE...you're in fLoRiDa you'll get your sorely needed benzos and meatheads will get their little "blue pills" in a few minutes, by people that will take your petty entitled attitude. They'll even wish you a good day after you take out your childhood daddy issues out on them. I tell my parents and partner to patron this particular CVS. The one across from Barnes and Noble is less efficient, the ones south of downtown are meh. If you don't like this CVS, you need to explore other alternates. I think they're lovey. Signed, straight foreword Midwest transplant

Here I am visiting Florida, I needed to buy beach towels plus t-shirts. This store has a nice selection of both. Beach towels were $10.99 each while shirts were $9.99 each. Worked out perfect. It's easier for me when traveling, just to beach the items that need for beach combing when I arrive instead of lugging extra baggage from Chicago. On the return flight, my family meets me, so checked baggage is not an issue. Oh yeah, and the staff here was real helpful in guiding me to the right aisles for the products that I needed. Nice place to shop.

As a pharmacist, I am embarrassed that this pharmacy exists. They transferred one prescription from a Michigan and left the other there. Of course, I can just hop on up to Michigan to pick up my inhaler. They failed to fill three of 6 prescriptions that we needed. Wish I could sue! The epitome of laziness!

This CVS pharmacy will not answer their phones. It is unbelievable . I called the main number and they just put me through to the pharmacy number that is not answered. 20 minutes on hold is ridiculous. If you need prescriptions, go to Walgreens.

Located in a convenient location! Was easy to find. Approximately 2 blocks away from Naples downtown Main Street.

This is the closest CVS to my home and my work so I go there. I'm disappointed to have our downtown pharmacy have such a rundown look in a beautiful place like Naples. It has a very sour smell around the area where you wait in line for prescriptions. The carpet is old and stained. I hope they improve.

This negative review is based solely on CVS's WASTE culture! It is year 2019. There is no excuse in this day and age for a major company to be giving customers THREE FEET of paper receipts! Tonight I purchased one item. This is the receipt I was given (see reference photo). Miles of wasted paper and ink. It is mostly coupons. Unless you're super old school and carry a coupon book around to shop (not shaming anyone who does, but in today's world, we toss trash & it's hard to keep track of so much "stuff.") I get it, you want to provide coupons to encourage future purchases & retain customers, and this is a wonderful practice as a major corporation, however, you could email them! Or, another solution, ASK customer "would you like the 3 foot paper receipt today? No? Ok, would you like it emailed?" I'd love to have the option to deny the receipt! The waste is a turn off for me and many people and I avoid shopping at CVS because of this. Dear Corporate CVS ~ do something about this! 3 feet of paper and ink, times ... I dunno ... thousands of customers per day. YOU are contributing to the landfill + pollution of this planet when you don't need to be. Shame.

This store gives horrible customer service! I have tried using the MoneyGram services they advertise is available but on 3 separate occasions trying to use this service and have not been able to use this service at this location. I have tried sending money, I have tried to get a money order and today I tried to receive money. Today I had all the receipts from my transaction, I called MoneyGram from the store and MoneyGram said the funds were available but the manager of the store provided absolutely no service and refused to call MoneyGram as he was prompted to do by the screen. To make absolutely no attempt to provide any kind of customer service for a customer with all the appropriate documentation is just pure laziness. You made no attempt to help me in anyway. You did not even suggest going to another CVS as your machine is obviously not working! You lack any consideration for your customers!!!!

This has to be the worst retail experience I've had in 30 years. This CVS charges quite a bit more for common items than the CVS a mile away. It might be worth an Uber trip if you are going to buy very much stuff. Sale tags are ambiguous while the CVS a mile away has much clearer and precise ad tags. Maybe this CVS is not a corporate store but it sure needs help as this was no where near a typical CVS experience and I've shopped several CVS' from Honolulu to the east coast.

If there is a CVS to avoid this location is the one. My opinion comes not from just one instance but multiple. The staff is unfriendly and argumentative, to speck to someone in the pharmacy is a 10 min wait on hold and when they answer they are short. The prescription area is not conducive to taking into customers privacy or concerns. Honestly my experience is over 7 years with no change. The way they treated the elderly women in front of me in line was the last straw, I will find a new Pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy... every time you come here they tell you an hour then you come back in hour and they still need more time. Find an alternative!
