I recently purchased furniture from Modani Naples, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Deb, the store manager, was amazing. She has an incredible eye for style and helped me pick out pieces that perfectly match my taste. The delivery was on time, as promised, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I am very happy with my new furniture and the excellent service I received. Highly recommend Modani Naples and Deb!

We wanted to share our thanks for the terrific service and help and advice picking out new furniture for our home.
Debbie was a pleasure to work with and she spent plenty of time showing us options and giving us great advice.
She was so good we came back a day later and placed another order before heading back home.
The furniture selections and designs were superior to other stores we visited in the area.

I was looking for something different in furniture and I found that in the Naples Modani store showroom. Debra was super helpful with ideas and there were a lot of fun options to consider in this furniture. I highly recommend that Naples area residents visit this showroom for some refreshing new ideas. Debra brings many years if furniture retail experience and her customer service and care go beyond expectations.

Was told multiple times the products are from Italy or Portugal. Even after the products arrived in the box from China. $825 delivery service to Naples FL from Miami. Stick with Natuzzi where the products are actually made in Italy and under $300 for delivery.

We have furnished our house with kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and outdoor patio with furniture from Modani. The style is contemporary, modern and comfortable. We just received an outdoor coffee table that was cracked and wanted a replacement. The contact at Modani, Gary offered a discount to use it, but the table is not stable so we agreed to have it replaced with a new one.

I highly recommend Modani Furniture in Naples. I especially recommend Yvonne, she was super helpful, went over and above providing info on the table and dimensions and prices. She is very helpful. Modani delivery time was amazing - less than 2 weeks, prices are excellent. Great table, service, install, price.

Terrible company I am an interior decorator and designer. I will never recommend Modani to any of my clients anymore. I bought a $3000 automated dining room table from them two months ago. They installed it, in my newly decorated condo. The first time we tried to use it, it opened and got stuck midway and the motor stopped working. We called them for service. They said that service warranty is only seven days and they will not repair it or send anyone to repair it although I offered to pay for the service myself. doesn’t work, even manually. Terrible terrible customer service, I’m stuck with a 3K table. I will never buy again from that company. Never buy from them

All is beautiful there and great quality. The staff is the best also! The only problem is the Uniters warranty, they trying to don’t cover anything. Don’t pay the 5 years warranty. This don’t working.

We bought a brand new teak table and chairs as we just finished building a pool. A few weeks later, we noticed terrible stains on our brand new shell stone pool deck and all of the chairs. Modani customer support is telling us that because we didn’t buy the protection plan, it’s not covered and will do nothing about it. Not only do we have a ruined outdoor dining table and chairs now but have incurred additional costs to have the shell stone professionally cleaned. DO NOT BUY FROM MODANI as they do not stand by the quality of their furniture.

Love the furniture but just as important is the service team. Chris B. Went out of his way to help me get an issue resolved. I can’t say enough about his follow up and staying on top of my problem until it was resolved. He has been so helpful. From sales to delivery to customer service after the sale, the Modani team has been there for me. Chris B., from customer service, thank you again for getting the issue addressed quickly and professionally. My thanks to him and all the Team!

We had a great experience shopping at Modani Naples, they have a great selection of good, contemporary furniture.Yvonne was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable and helpful and tried her best to guide us on finding the right furniture for our new home.She sent us pictures as how the furniture would look in our home, sent several prices estimates and even gave her professional opinion on some of the light fixtures we had in mind.If you want good, professional help, look for Yvonne, she’s really great.
