It’s actually a good shop, but I just witnessed how the manager or team leader trained a new employee and it was devastating.The new employee was an older very sweet lady, she just checked into her cashier and the manager was all over her, calling her off, told her to “step aside” in a very rude way.I really don’t tolerate behaviour like that around me! I tried to make the situation funny, told them that I’m not in a rush, and was polite, but the manager was so stressed and also called off another employee that just closed his cashier.How can you treat human beings like that? It’s awful! How do you expect your employees to be motivated and take care of your customers if you are humiliating them in front of them?No, we do not want everything at highest speed but at best possible service!Welcome each guest friendly, compliment them, make a joke, enjoy what you do! People feel the good energy in the air and will be patient because they have a show and leave with a better mood as they entered! The will return.But if I witness inhuman behaviour like that I will never go back because it messes with my mood and I do not support people being treated like that!The owner should reconsider his management. You will never have a solid team if the leader doesn’t know how to do his/ her job! Team building is a skill!It’s not your job to motivate your staff, it’s your job to find motivated people and do everything in your power to set up an environment for them to be their best self! Stop DEmotivating your employees! That would already help.And now go, read that again and do your homework!

She had a bad attitude and was more worried about what was going on with her cell phone. To whoever reads these. The clerks shouldn't have their phones at the counter. It'll move the customers quicker

Stopped on my way home from work to get gas & something to eat, bad mistake. The people inside are rude a-holes. Almost all the food items have the prices on the glass door, but not the wings, but I picked up two tray's of wings, & 1fountain drink. When I got to the counter it was $18.69, so I told him that all I got was to trays of wings (10 total) and he just laughed and said that's because they are good, I told him I'll never make the mistake of stopping here again, & he just laughed. They weren't even good, I stripped the meat off the bones and gave 5 of them to my dog

They have it set up so the card readers do not work on the pumps. It forces you to pay inside every time.

Walk in and an employee is changing his shirt behind the counter. Right next to the hit food. Disgusting. Especially when the bathroom was directly behind him
