I, but most importantly, Clancy, have been very happy with the wonderful care Clancy has received at Animal Life at Mission Hill. Dr Berkowitz is kind, listens carefully, and explains things so that it is easy to understand. Clancy has gone 15 of his 16 years as healthy as can be but in the past year he has had several health issues that needed addressed. He is, with Dr. Berkowitz’ care and knowledge, on the road to maintaining his health issues and continuing to enjoy his very happy cat live!

Thank you so much for Henry's visit!! He had 2 ingrown nails and Dr Jay Berkowitz took such great quick care of him. His phone call to me meant the world and put me at such ease. From the friendly front desk staff, to the vet tech and Dr. Parisi, I had a great experience with bringing my dog for a new patient exam. Very thorough and just genuinely nice people.

Very nice Doctor, Dr Butts, but the staff never answers the phone, and usually take days to reply to a text or a voicemail. So although the doctor is great, I’ll look elsewhere where service is more prompt because that’s very frustrating.

Dr Angela Butts is a simply amazing vet! She cares deeply about her patients and goes the extra mile to explain and help us dog parents understand what’s going on and what’s best for our fur babies! I really appreciate her expert care! She’s simply the best! She took time out of her busy day to go the extra mile to help me get a referral for my ailing morkie! What a blessing she is! Everyone was very accommodating from the front desk, nurse & to Dr Butts the Vet. Everyone was very loving & comforting to Cosette while drawing blood & giving her shots.
I made sure to book Cosette for next year’s exam I was so happy with everyone.
