Will change the price at delivery claiming design changes which are actually just revisions. They do not ask or tell you that they will be charging more until you pick up your product and a 50% deposit is made. I was looking for a place to take care of all my advertising needs (shirts, hats, stickers) and was using the cards as a test run. Will not be back.Edit after owner response: Just went through all correspondence and there was no where mentioning an additional charge. Any edits needed were discussed on the phone during my initial 1st call and I was told “it would be no problem”. Then when I was emailed about my card to confirm, NOTHING discussed on the phone call was known. I would also like to note that this additional charge was added after a 50% deposit was made for the original quoted price.

I had a very pleasant experience with Minuteman Press of Naples. They quickly advised me how to submit the designs to be printed; printed everything in in less time that the estimates I got from other printers; and charged substantially less that the aforementioned other printers.Oh, yes, everyone there was very pleasant and knowledgeable and all customers are offered free candy and free pens!!!.

It’s now over 20 days and I’m still waiting for my real estate flyer to be completed and sent over for approval. Owner and manager have been copied on my communication thread, yet no progress. Half way through the process the designer called to apologize the ball was dropped and that the Owners didn’t send him the file. This is hardly reinventing the wheel. I had a similar template already on file. The lack of follow through and poor communication and constant dropping of the ball is appalling. By the time this flyer gets out the information will be irrelevant. My time and opportunity has been squandered. Highly disappointed. Then, upon receiving my review, Owner emails saying he canceled my order and does nothing else. Avoid this place. Brutal experience.
