My family and I have been patients of Dr Perez-Trapichio for many years, we have felt treated with respect and our needs have been met. Lab Staff is very efficient and cordial.

I've been here several times I get right in staff is great you may have to wait 5 minutes people go there for different things blood work ultrasounds different things so just because the lobby looks like there's a lot of people there doesn't mean you got to wait a long time the staff is very friendly very clean very nice to front desk are very pleasant and when my doctor wants me to go take some tests that I've been doing lately I tell her I prefer to go there it's a great place plenty of parking right off of Immokalee

Clinic Millennium Physician Group : The doctor ordered a laboratory test and the front desk did not give me a description of what the doctor indicated, this test has to be approved by Medicare, otherwise I will have to pay for it, I called many times, so that they would complete an incomplete job/service, the nurse did not answer my calls, the front desk did not complete its work and the supervisor Keri did not answer the calls either.The waiting room and the only bathroom are filthy, the front desk is inefficient, since you must wait to check in and check out, the doctor office was also dirty.If you, the reader of this review, select Millennium Physician Group, has to know that the service is garbage. They abuse a senior citizen .

Christine who works at the front desk in the imaging center is very rude and uncooperative, she has a very short temper and an unprofessional attitude! I have not been treated so poorly from a staff person my entire life!

I recently had some bloodwork done there without an appointment and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I will NEVER go back to Quest again! Any time I use Millennium I am always impressed with how kind and responsive they are!!!!!

I called to reschedule my appointment and I was told that doctor doesn’t have anything available for a month. I told them that I’ll keep my reservation however when I came to my original reservation the receptionist rudely told me that she canceled reservation and that is nothing more that she can do. Awful service .

Will not be going back. The woman who was supposed to do an ultrasound on me had a rotten attitude. She asked me what I was there for, I said I need an ultrasound. She said on your aorta? I said I didn't know. She said, if you don't know how am I supposed to know. I didn't order the ultrasound. She huffed and puffed because she had to look at my records. I got up to leave, and she tried to stop me. I told her I didn't need to be talked to like she talked to me.

I recently moved to the Naples area, and I needed to find a new primary care physician. After a lengthy online search, I contacted Millennium Physician Group as they were listed as accepting my insurance. When I called initially (3 months ago), I was told they were not taking new patients at that time, but starting November 1, 2021 a doctor in the practice would be, so I made the appointment, waiting the three months to get in. A week before the appointment, I was sent a link by text to complete the paperwork on-line, which also included my uploaded insurance card (front and back). After that, I continued to receive reminders prior to my appointment. I drove the hour plus on the day of my appointment to be sure I arrived on-time, only to get to the office and be told that my insurance was not accepted. How is it possible that they didn't verify my insurance prior to my appointment? And to be treated the way I was with such disregard was appalling. No apology was offered nor was any remorse displayed by the front office staff.

I scheduled first open appointment in late pm. When I arrived, I was ordered to come back 8am sharp next day because their Imaging Center staff already left. It's after 8:10 and no staff anywhere at check in. Then once she arrives, I'm told they don't even start seeing patients until 8:30. (Glad they consider their patients time valuable.). Sigh

Sheri Shaffer was very kind and listened to my concerns as a patient. My experience was a good one and I recommend her for her thoughtfulness, knowledge, and professionalism. I feel like she went above and beyond what was required and I couldn't be more satisfied.

I am very happy with my physician but the office is not easy to deal with. They should also make arrangements for diabetics who have to fast before blood work. I was at the office at 07:00 in the morning. The doors opened at 07:30. I didn't have the bloodwork until 08:20 - and I was the second person there. In fear of a hypo I nearly left. No one seemed to care.

They have a lab for convenient blood draws. Dr. Wang is a fantastic family physician. I'm very happy with this practice.

The service was great. I am a hard draw for blood. But there was one young man who was very efficient and effective. Pleasantly surprised because most others will try the maximum allowed. First try. I was out of there.
