I was not informed by you or Ian that I wasn’t able to make changes. The only person who did inform me of that was Addie, who I spoke to on the 17th. She informed me in which I let her know my fiancé works for FedEx and cannot be on his phone to answer but if someone were to have given me a heads up, I would let him know to be on the lookout for a text or call from your office. Before speaking with Addie, I spoke with you Mike, and you didn’t make me aware that I wasn’t able to make changes. You told me you would process the cancellation and then hung up abruptly. I did let my fiancé know that Addie would be reaching out and he was able to send the confirmation of cancellation (even though he had already signed and submitted the docusign you emailed to him back in August). My fiancé also said he never received a text, email or phone call from you or your office in regard to this matter. We also never received anything through the mail. The policy is still showing active as of today even though all of this was supposed to be canceled back on the 17th. I will be canceling my auto insurance with your office as well. The customer service I’ve received has not been great, besides Addie who was very helpful.
I have been trying to cancel a policy with them since August and I keep being told it’s going to be canceled but it never is actually canceled. My fiancé has given his permission to cancel and signed documents they requested yet the policy is still on my account and I’m still being charged. I’ve now spoken with 3 different people and still nothing has changed. I wouldn’t recommend this office. They are quick to sign you up and take money to start your policy but aren’t quick to cancel when you request it and sign everything they ask for.

I was searching for more affordable rates since my current insurer continued to raise my rates without incident. I received many emails from different companies pretty quickly but State Farm included everything I wanted to know in the very first email. They were clear about the cost and what the cost covered without me having to contact them or fill out anymore annoying forms. Ashley made it extremely easy for me to transition and was enjoyable to speak with. Change can be difficult because you don't know what you're getting into. State Farm's service definitely sealed the deal for me. Thanks Ashley.
