Today, June 12, 2024, in the afternoon, my mother went to buy a cell phone. A girl attended to her. She said there were only two people, her and a boy. This girl treated him very poorly, she was negative all the time with everything my mother was asking of her. For example, my mother wanted me to transfer everything to her phone and she gave bad responses. In the end, my mom told him she wanted to return the cell phone, and she and the other boy said they couldn't because it had already been purchased. I hope the higher-ups at T-Mobile look at this complaint.

I have had Metro since 2015. I really have never had bad service or problems when I go to the stores. Sadly my phone a Samsung just could not do it anymore, she was tired and needed to retire. I just wanted a newer phone but did not want to spend a lot of money. I was greeted by the store manager Junior, wow did I hit the Jack pot! I explained to him my situation, fixed income traveling to home for a few months, etc…he explained all the sales etc..he found a quality phone for me at a very affordable price. He told me about the internet package and the table you get practically for free. I told him I was not interested but as I stood three talking and crunching some numbers I thought they are all good deals. I asked him to transfer everything for me and he had no problem doing that. I even had a small episode of feeling weak and he got me a chair and some Gatorade. I am very pleased with my experience. Thank you Junior.

Asked for an inexpensive phone because I break, wear out & replace them annually. The boy working had a lot of gold on & alot of false confidence . He just kept phone shaming me saying " Oh' we don't have any of the CHEAPY phones because they get bought up quick". He mentioned other options & called them cheapy options about 5 times total. He even yelled across store to ask his coworker if they had any other cheapy options in front of several people . It's funny because the boy working had cheap beat up fake gold / black glasses on. I know that because I'm an Optician & we don't even call our inexpensive glasses cheap to clients. Sad, I went to another store instead.

I went into this establishment today and while I was there, the regional manager whose name was "Rafael Irizarry" verbally assaulted my elderly grandmother, and yelled in her face while the other staff sat there and watched. I have filed a report. I would stay away from this establishment, they don't treat their customers well. How embarrassing, Rafael you should be ashamed of yourself.

Can't beat the prices, no contract, no hassle. But they ought hire a few more folks and train them not to be chatty and exchange recipes for over 55 minute per customer when others are waiting. We all appreciate attentiveness, but today's experience was excessive. Still, by far best value

Not only are the hours of operation ridiculous 10-7 i mean really , but I go in to see if I qualify for the free phone which I am told yes so I said great let's continue that process than (not caring but the quality of the phone or nothing ) half way through the process I'm told my total would be 187$ , how is that even possible ? Even with the premium plan needing to be paid first month in advance the total ain't even in the ballpark of 185$ obviously they get paid by commission cause this girl was a terrible employee not willing to give a potential customer anything without her making money off the top!!! Almost felt as if she was stealing money from the company straight off the top !!! Metro Pcs on the corner of airport and Vanderbilt rd !!! Long story short ended up leaving without a phone thanks for your help metro great customer service!!!

The manager was rude. Her employee was doing her job amazingly but the manager insisted that I needed to pay for insurance and accessories when I did not want it, I bought my phone in Apple and I have Apple care and ordered my case from Amazon. If she keeps obligating costumers to pay for things they don’t want the store is going to lose all the costumers.
