Nothing but problems upgrading our phone.we have been with metro for over fifteen yrs.. bought a new phone. Over $600. And it doesn't work right.. doesn't receive texts.. and we have had it a couple weeks with numerous hours on the phone with metro support.. at the store with the lady who sold us the phone.. and they won't replace the phone

I saw the Metro ad on TV, for Free Samsung 5G phone and a Free Tablet. I've been overpaying with TMobile. I was able to get a $40a month plan, unlimited Everything! Plus the new phone and in 30days I get the tablet too!The service was Great! It does take about an hour, as she needs your pin, and current account info to make the xfer and I had a lot of data to xfr. I'm on the new phone now, it's Fast! All my data, apps, email, photos are here.5stars

I was a Sprint customer with a Samsung S9. Now that Sprint merged with T mobile I knew I could get a new phone at the closest Sprint or T mobile store. This one at Freedom Square is the closest so I chose to go and upgrade the phone. NOPE , I was told I would have to go to a Sprint store. Long story short, I went to the T mobile on Marco. They were knowledgeable and so helpful. I got my S21 and will always go to the T mobile on Marco.Thus one at Freedom Square needs to have the management and staff re trained!!!
