On a recent visit to MN in Naples, FL I met an associate named Brenda. I'd never been to one of the boutiques and was so depressed with another failed attempt to find an eyebrow pencil. It all sounds so dramatic I know. Due to a medical condition I'd recently lost my eyebrows. For anyone who knows...eyebrows shape your entire face. I'd gone to a couple of stores and no one could find a natural match for me. No one understood what I was going through. Brenda, didn't push me, she simply nodded knowingly and showed me a few options. I went with her first suggestion. Sometimes you just need a gentle guiding hand. I will be going back to purchase again.

Had a incredible facial with the wonderful Chris Pierson. The Facial Bed is a religious experience. Chris is wonderful and very knowledge about her field. I felt like I was in great hands and am going to be her customer for life.
