“Today during my visit at LabCorp I witnessed an extrememly busy room of people. While at the front desk being helped it was apparent that it was difficult for these two woman to keep things running smoothly especially because people would come in groups without an interpreter. These woman are great at their job, communicating in anyway that helps people to understand what they need to tell them. So please be understanding when writing a review. The woman that helped me had a great sense of humor and did her best after asking a young girl to please quiet her conversation and silence her phone. No one seated in the waiting area could hear the desk person behind the window. Although everyone heard the young woman talking loudly on her Phone berating the desk woman for being rude and unprofessional after being told to quiet her phone and to be considerate. The woman in front of her could barely understand as it was because of the language barrier. The woman on the phone continued to loudly talk back at the desk person for everyone to hear as she kept repeating that she was unprofessional and rude. She then said that there aren't any signs no talking on the phone.Still standing behind an elderly woman being helped that didn't speak English while the desk person was trying to communicate with her. The only rude person here was the woman on the phone.The woman that helped me went over and above her job to explain everything and had to do it in another room where it was quiet.The phone woman will probably write a bad review. She needs to have manners and be told what public etiquette is.A difficult job most people wouldn't tolerate and quit after one day. Bless those who take on full time jobs like this.just be glad that your tax payers money isn't paying them to stay home and collect. Be grateful!”

Whatever she gets paid, they need to double it. This lady is truly amazing. Best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life!”
