“I have no idea why the reviews of this Quest are so low. Everything was so quick and painless. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did it in one second and I did not feel a thing. No wait time as I had an appointment. I also went on a Saturday which was very convenient as usually Quests are closed on Saturdays. Everything looked very clean. They had all my information, including my scripts. It was very quick and painless and honestly, I would rate it 6 stars if it let me. Do not let the reviews deter you.”
“I went in there today without an appointment and I was so surprised at how efficient that place is. The receptionist, Darlene, was so welcoming to a new patient I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Unfortunately I did not catch the girls name who did my blood draw, but I didn’t even feel the needle go in.
If I could give 10 stars I would!!?”

“The facility was very clean and sterile looking. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had to get a lot of blood taken and the phlebotomist took her time and found a good bit vain. I didn’t even bruise. I usually bruise and she did a fabulous job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.”
“I have to get my blood drawn quite frequently, and I always choose to go to this lab corp. The very kind lady with the brown hair that works there is absolutely amazing at her job. Whatever she gets paid, they need to double it. This lady is truly amazing. Best blood draw experiences I’ve ever had in my entire life!”

“Was able to schedule a 6:20 am appointment the day before my blood draw. The facility is clean and located near many residential communities. The check in procedure was quick and intuitive. My appointment was started on time and the staff member doing the blood draw was excellent.”
“I made an appointment online for the same day and I arrived on time. The front desk representative was kind, helpful and made the whole experience breezy. My appointment was for 11:30 and I left at noon. I find the negative reviews are fake or people are inpatient or nasty coming in. You give what you get. Everyone was professional and courteous.”
