My husband is "portly" and needed a waist/back support, the young lady working there was SO helpful and non-judgmental. When we realized the ones in stock would not fit him, she ordered 2 different sizes for him to try. He got the perfect fit in a short time of 2 days! Store is extremely clean, and the young lady was kind, efficient and friendly. Not sure if the cost was cheaper anywhere else, but this store is convenient and no hassle. Will return for future needs because they seemed to have everything medical you could possibly need!

I was thrilled with everything I saw online in their store so I drove to their location on Livingston Road. Before I entered, I noticed a sign on the window about Medicare. I read it. It said that they don't have a license to use Medicare to purchase items, so everything is full price in cash. What kind of medical supply store doesn't accept Medicare for purchases???? Obviously I left without even bothering to go inside. Total waste of time and gas, and I felt deceived by their website.

I Highly recommend the Medical Department Store. I have worked with other rental and purchase stores, in different cities, and Savannah is the absolute best! She arranged for so much help and equipment, including a wonderful motorized wheelchair, extra long portable ramp, and more. It was all delivered to my hotel, then moved a week later to another area - I keep prolonging my stay in Florida, and Savannah has made everything so easy for me! Also, I am new to using a wheelchair, so this was particularly helpful.

I purchased an electric bed for my husband who is in a memory care facility 16 mom. ago from the Pine Ridge Naples Store. Recently, the remote for the bed was lost and Savannah the manager went above and beyond to get me a new one as fast as possible. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful medical supply store where all the staff go the extra mile to help their customers.

Purchased a hospital bed for my 93 year old Mother who was going from physical therapy rehab into an assisted living facility. Staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Entire process was effortless. They made the delivery process very flexible as we were not sure of the exact day when my Mom would be moving into the facility. Driver called ahead to let me know when he would be there. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for medical supplies.

I was going to this place and had a hard time finding it. I had to call to get better the directions. The girl on the phone was so helpful and patient.When we got i find the girl who was helping me on the phone.Her name was Kendra. She was so helpful with our needs and explained the whole process of what we were renting.Kendra had great knowledge of the product was also patient and friendly.Oh and this Was &100 cheaper than another medical supply placeI would definitely shop there again

I went to the Medical Supple Store to rent a knee scooter. The reason I gave them a poor rating is because of the store Manager. I was not sure how long I needed the scooter for so I rented for a week. It was $60.00. I later found out that if you rent for a month it is only $105. Well my week use of the scooter turned into a month. When I asked to get the month rate the Manager said "No, I went over this with you, you wanted the week rate". Well be careful because if you keep something over a week they automatically deduct $60. From your credit card., And will continue the weekly charge up to the time you return the rental. I ended up paying $180.00 for a 3 week rental. I tried to talk to the Manager again but she could not have cared one bit. I definitely did not understand their rental policy. Never the less, I think this is a poor way to do business. I will NEVER ago back and would NEVER recommend them.

Terrible customer service, exchanged the same originally purchased item for a different size. I was handed the new size no mention it was less money and left. When I realized it was less money and I was not credited the difference it was too far to go back. Now I try to exchange it and they won't since my receipt shows the original size. No credit and no exchange. Bad business practice. Can't recommend this store and will never shop here again. Extremely disappointed. Awful service!!!
