We received a timely delivery of a lift chair for my mom. The delivery process went very smoothly. Mr G. Hernandez took a personal interest in making sure my parents were happy. He was very helpful and we appreciate him.

My husband had a hip replacement surgery and needed a recliner -this medical store was a great help with finding all the devices we needed. The sales people were knowledgeable and helpful and the rental chair was the right size and clean.The delivery people did everything needed to get it up and down our stairs-especially G Hernandez. He had to do it alone and worked out a very good solution-he should be commended!Thank you, Sue Champion

I came here to get something for my grandmother and the young lady working there with the short hair was so nice to us. My grandmother doesn’t speak english and the worker made sure to explain in spanish what the features were and i appreciate that so much, we would buy from here again ! ❤️

I've had to recently place myself in the business of looking for medical supplies due to my sick mother. Service here was fantastic and staff member Deysi was very attentive to all my concerns.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me in finding what I was looking for. I was initially nervous about asking for help but a staff member Deysi was very patient and nonjudgmental about the whole process.

My husband is "portly" and needed a waist/back support, the young lady working there was SO helpful and non-judgmental. When we realized the ones in stock would not fit him, she ordered 2 different sizes for him to try. He got the perfect fit in a short time of 2 days! Store is extremely clean, and the young lady was kind, efficient and friendly. Not sure if the cost was cheaper anywhere else, but this store is convenient and no hassle. Will return for future needs because they seemed to have everything medical you could possibly need!

I was thrilled with everything I saw online in their store so I drove to their location on Livingston Road. Before I entered, I noticed a sign on the window about Medicare. I read it. It said that they don't have a license to use Medicare to purchase items, so everything is full price in cash. What kind of medical supply store doesn't accept Medicare for purchases???? Obviously I left without even bothering to go inside. Total waste of time and gas, and I felt deceived by their website.
