My first time there, I was taken in almost immediately. Checked for covid, flu and or allergies. I was diagnosed and treated. I was told what medications to take when I got home I realized that the entire visit was just a little over an hour.Compared to other urgent care facilities I would say this was the most efficient. I would highly recommend MD NOW. URGENT CARE.

Amazing service. I sliced my finger open 15 minutes before they closed, they accepted me with open arms and took care of me faster than any other urgent care I’ve ever been to. I have had horrible experiences with ER quick cares in town, that being said I will never be going to an ER quick care again after my great experience at MD Now. Great bedside manner across-the-board and wonderful staff. Thank you!

There needs to be more training on the correct way to do a covid test. The girl who did mine did not do it correctly.
The depth of the swab matters when it is not inserted deep enough to collect the specimen because you will get a negative test result. This is what happened in my case. I did not correct her and I should have. I took a covid test at home directly before heading to urgent care and it was positive. I did not say anything to the provider about the error with the test. I did tell her I tested positive at home before I came in to the urgent care. She prescribed antibiotics and cough meds and I was so thankful. Afterwards, I took a second covid test at home and it was positive as well. I am a nurse and have many yrs of experience working Frontline as well with covid when it first arrived. My health is not good. I have C.O.P.D. with multiple tumors in my right lung and some in the left. With that being said, this situation could've turned out for the worst for me if it had not been for a caring provider who took the time to listen. It is very costly to have people working in this field and not doing the testing correctly, financially and physically!!!! Let's work together and get these individuals trained correctly. Thank you

Came here Saturday 8/3 around 5pm after making sure they accept my insurance (Cigna) just for them to tell me they DON’T accept it… why falsely advertise that you accept Cigna online if you don’t? Wasted my time driving all the way there ive never had issues with my insurance elsewhere.
