I had a great experience here. For some reason, I was expecting a pushy experience, but not at all. I feel that the rep was honest and knew a heck of a lot about sleep and the products that they sell.A mattress purchase is not a common thing for me. I purchased a mattress at Amazon that I was not happy with. Here at the store, you can simply try the mattress so you know what you will be living with for several years.I was in and out in no time.

Justin is a great worker. Really knows his stuff when it comes to mattresses/sleep and is extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to get a mattress that I need at a great price and the selection process and payment process was a breeze. Today I spent several minutes calling several stores looking for a specific low profile gel pillow. I was lucky enough to stumble upon Justin at the Immokalee Rd location. They only had 1 pillow, but that was 1 more than the 10 other stores that I called. (I understand that the locations cannot stock all the products all of the time, I do not hold that against any of them.) Justin was fantastic. He was professional and friendly and most importantly knowledgeable. I am a side sleeper and he made sure that my body was aligned properly when I tried the pillow out. What really set him apart though was how patient he was. While I was shopping around the store phone rang and for the next 5 minutes he dealt with what I can only assume was a lonely person who was more interested in talking to someone than about the mattress she was calling about. He was so very patient with her. Gave her directions and phone number for multiple locations around SWFL that were closer to her home. The way he handled her was truly the epitome of customer service. Once his phone call was completed he sold me the pillows (shipping the free pillow to my house) as well as to mattress protectors. This specific store is approximately 45 miles from my house, but as long as Justin is working at that store I will be happy to make the drive.

Came in to pick up a new pillow since I’ve been having neck pain after sleeping. Herode was very helpful and patient. They let me test out all of the pillows for as long as I wanted until I finally found the perfect one (a Tempur-Pedic). Solid selections here with great customer service. Thanks guys!
