I worked with Shannon, the manager. He was very knowledgeable about all of the mattresses they carry, as well as others for comparison. He worked to try and get me the lowest price possible. Did not feel any pressure to buy.

The sales associate Joanne was excellent! She was able to answer our numerous questions, & concerns. And was very knowledgeable about each bed within each manufacturer that we asked about. She diagnosed the beds we were considering & how they fit our needs & comfort. She was patient. . ?
