Always fair and reasonable. I had quite a few vehicles that I would bring there quite often and I was always pleased with the service. This week I sent a friend there who had been told by another mechanic shop that her vehicle needed thousands of dollars in repairs. Chuck was very honest with her and told her what she needed. I definitely recommend Master Tech Imports.

Brought my car in for a noise problem I couldn’t figure out. Chuck and his mechanic diagnosed the problem quickly, resolved the issue for a very reasonable cost. No upsell and very honest business.

Overpriced and shabby work! Chuck who works the counter isn't a very honest guy in my opinion and overcharges. This guy promises you one thing and then does another. I would take your money and definitely go somewhere else, You have been warned.

I've been a satisfied customer for service & vehicle Maintenance from the experts at Master Tech Imports for well over 30 years here in Naples..Chuck & Chris are truly experts at tracking down and repairing any vehicle gremlins that might come up from simple Oil changes all the way up to full change outs of A/C evaporators, tire mounting & balancing..Best small shop operation for knowledgeable and trustworthy vehicle repair hand down!

Very trustworthy auto mechanics ... feel confident every time I leave my car for service and I feel like they are the first mechanics who tell me how it is and don't try to take advantage of me by telling me something is wrong when it isn't. Would highly recommend!

For the last two years Master Texh has been working on my Volkswagen. Today, they told me they wouldn’t work on my car because “they don’t work on imported cars”. Two years I have been going to them and they never said anything. All of a sudden, nope they don’t want my car or money. Which is fine because they do cheap work anyway and it falls apart within a few months or a year so you are forced to go back to them. They also said they fixed my girlfriends side mirror and it popped off a week later. 0/10 stars if possible.Services: Wheel alignment
