The icemaker kit was not available.for 5 days they did not reimburse. A person valled and said they are doing it and it is not done. I spent 1 hour on the phone to reach a live person. This person was not even listening and started saying irrelevant things. It is a nightmare!

Have tried for over an hour and a half with the two Naples stores to ask about a part I need for a tool after to many attempts to speak with a human being to explain myself no one in the departments I was connected to picked up you can’t fully explain yourself to a computer voice that can’t think for itself y'all have really gone downhill for customers ability to communicate with a human who in the right department serves the people

Went to the plant department today and saw Tina who was so wonderful and friendly and it was so nice she gave my dog a treat that she buys with her own money. So nice there are still people like that that care for customers and does so so much more. Lowes is blessed to have her who goes above and beyond.

I went in to get soil to plant with and I have a back injury. The man in the plant department was awesome absolutely fantastic. He helped me pick out what I needed he put it on the flat cart for me and said just ask for help when cashing out someone will put it in your truck for you. And they are always very helpful however this morning when cashing out a different man at the first self serve cashier would not even help me turn the soil over to scan it. When I asked for help loading it he looked at me like I was crazy and just didn't answer me after about a minute I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I asked again if someone could help me. He laughed at me and said no. . I was shocked
