This company is a high pressure boiler room type operation. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible.First they gave a quote with fees added to the back end of a home equity loan. Every other quote I have received, all fees were waived as long as you kept the home equity line open for a certain period of time.Then, after I told them I wasn't interested, they continued to call and text even after I asked them to stop. During my final text interaction, when I asked them to "close my file"... he called me again and then said "Wow"! when I asked him once again to close my file. Does that ever work? Trying to shame someone into continuing to work with you once you've said no??Steer clear of this firm.

My experience with loan depot was fine and personal. However, shortly after closing they sold my loan to som huge company that is very impersonal. They are difficult to contact. They gave me wrong information repeatedly. I asked "loan depot " why i was taken over by this company. I was told that a certain percentage were . I bet its close to 100 percent. Money hungry.
