Lincare was able to provide us with great service for Moms oxygen needs and an oxygen concentrator with no problem. When we needed a service call for the concentrator a representative was able to troubleshoot the problem and when wasn't able to be resolved provided a new concentrator very quickly.

Michelle is the best she has helped me in so many ways. Very intelligent and sweet. She comes to my house and calls before she gets here so I know to put the animals away. Every time I need something I get it right away. If I have problems with my machines they are right there to replace or fix them. Very nice company they make sure you have all your needs. Thank you Michelle your the best.

I had an excellent experience with my Lincare service and equipment provider. My Dr’s office failed to put my CPAP machine order in. With supply chain issues, that would have put the process 2 months or more behind schedule. The Lincare representative addressed the issue corrected the problem, and made the accommodation. My experience with the equipment employee was great. She was patient, knowledgeable, and clear on her instructions. All good. I am very happy with my Lincare experience

Do Not Use Them - Terrible service, lazy employees. They do not care about their patients/customers and use every excuse in the books. Supplies already take long and they don't process orders in a timely manner. "Too many orders" is what I was told. When they get your order from the doctor - don't expect them to process it for 3 weeks... Go elsewhere. Doctors - go elsewhere.

I've had a great and wonderful experience here at lincare. Been here twice and each time has been great. Michelle was the lovely nice person who helped me understand my CPAP and answered all my questions. She definitely is someone who gives off the feeling that she cares about your treatment and it's not just work for her. She even offered alternatives instead of driving to the lincare to have things sent to the home so I don't have to make the drive. Incredibly helpful staff and very nice. Would recommend

The worse CPAP supplier I've dealt with in 15 years. Long waits on the phone at ALL times of the day. The process to set to Medicare takes 4-5 weeks per their people. I've never had a return call and even their customer aervice center is put on hold when trying to get them on the phone. GO for anyone else.

Do not use Lincare. I CANNOT stress this enough. I switched over to Medicare 7 months ago and Lincare continues to bill my old insurance company. I have spoken with representatives at least three times, explained the insurance change, updated them with the new insurance numbers, and received promises that everything in the system had been changed. The changes were NEVER made and the old insurance company keeps denying the charges on my terminated policy. Instead of making the necessary changes to obtain payment, Lincare has now decided to start billing me for the past due charges over the last 7 months. As another review states, when I tried multiple times to call Lincare, I am put on permanent hold and a warm body never picks up the call. To make matters worse, I wasn't even allowed an option to leave a message. Go anywhere else for your supplies. It appears that a skeleton crew must be running this business and it may likely be going out of business based on the current practices, or lack thereof.

lincare deserves a big fat zero. i have been trying to reach them for two days. i've sat on hold for over two hours. very poor customer service. would never use them again. i guess i will have to return my dead husband's equipment by myself. by the way, you do not appreciate my time like your message says.

I called for general questions regarding portable oxygen. it was not easy to be connected to customer service but when i was connected to Trisha from local office (not sure which state) she was angel explaining me everything in details so patience and knowledge I cant express my gratitude for her. thank you

My husband was sent home with oxygen in August! They arrived and dropped off, no problem!He only needed it for a few days never even used the tanks! They took days to pick it up and several calls!This week my husband saw on his insurance statement that they were charging and being paid for 4 months! Her called and couldn’t get through, he emailed and no response!The insurance company is investigating!How many people are being charged for supplies they no longer have?BEWARE!

Never open at 8am. Just went with another company. I was told I needed to wait for the poc for insurance. This is not true. I was with them for about 3 months, no poc

All my phone calls were answered and I called several times before scheduling an appointment. My CPAP appointment went smoothly and the respiratory therapist provided detailed information on how to use the machine and get replacement parts when needed.

Terrible customer service.... They don't answer phones or respond to messages. My doctor placed order over a week ago and still waiting.Very unhappy with service !!!
