Horrible Customer Service. They shuffle your enquiries around, and no one follows up with you. Calling them throws you into a maze of voice mail messages and transfers, to no avail.
You have to show up to get resolution.

Just want to give all a heads about Lincare and especially the Excellentservice that I have consistently been provided. I have been a patient or customer of Lincare since November 2024. I have needed to go back for various reasons to the Lincare office on Collier Way in Naples. Each time I rave about the service that was provided by Michelle. I finally asked how to review her and Lincare in general. A Google review was in order.
There aren't enough stars on a five point scale to tell me how lucky Lincare is to have Michelle as
an employee and ambassador. Michelle is very knowledgeable and patient. She has to be with the demographics of the area. I am 65+ and slow to the take on things and Michelle was very patient with my repetitive questions etc.
