“I wanted to share my experience with getting a quote from State Farm out of the Naples office. I spoke to both Bernice and Milvia extensively and they both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They each took the time to explain the auto and homeowners
policy quotes while they answered all my questions. State Farm is lucky to have two top notch representatives who are experts in their field and provide exceptional customer service!
Now, as for State Farm. When doing comparative, apple to apple pricing across quotes from numerous companies, they came out to be the highest. When I shared this with both representatives, they were extremely kind and even offered to look at alternate ways to revisit the requested coverage and possibly lower the rate.
Both Bernice and Milvia continue to remain professional, knowledgeable, and helpful, even through my questioning.
I give state form Naples’s office and A plus for both of these representatives who should be recognized by their company for their exceptional customer focused positive attitude!
