I went in there today without an appointment and I was so surprised at how efficient that place is. The receptionist, Darlene, was so welcoming to a new patient I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Unfortunately I did not catch the girls name who did my blood draw, but I didn’t even feel the needle go in.
If I could give 10 stars I would!!👍

I wish I could remember the lady’s name at the reception desk who also drew my blood, absolutely loved her. She is sweet, funny, fast and never felt the needle going in. ❤️😊

I've had horrifying lab experiences but this Labcorp location does a wonderful job. The staff up front helps you when you have no clue and they are kind, polite and caring. There is often a wait but they process you as fast as possible. Not an easy business but this team of professionals does a great job. Thank you.

Been here 2x in last two weeks. Waited over 45 minutes for appointment both times.
Technician was good but the wait is excessive. If you can't handle , reduce available appointments.

Very rude staff and unprofessional. Not properly trained. Makes you wait at the window for 15-30minutes, just to tell you you have to use the kiosk.

Very unprofessional. The place had closed down and I was still in the waiting area and the employees were talking about the customers they had for the day and cussing about the customers. They were rude to one elderly customer who did know how to use the kiosk.

I made an appointment for 730 and arrived at 7:15. The entire place was full of people. I did not see one person go in for bloodwork. I told the woman I was diabetic and how long did I have to wait. She informed me I didn’t even have an appointment and I didn’t even sign in, wow wow! I left.

These ladies were really friendly and fast! Whole process took about 45 minutes but that’s because their computer system failed due to the tropical storm. This is the place you want to go in Naples for an employee drug test.

Was in and out in 9 minutes for blood draw and urine. Had appointment and checked in via the online link. No problems. If you’re nice and smile, I think they’re nice too!

This place is sssssooooo slow. You go in at 1 you will leave at 3 because the receptionist picks and chooses who she wants to be seen

They do not have enough personnel, even with an appointment I have been waiting more than an hour to be called for my blood work. Do not recommend this place at all. Safe yourself a long wait and look for another lab location.

Just to start, all of this could have been avoided if someone would answer the phone! I received an offer letter around noon, but it took some time to get the appointment from HireRight . I was told that I have 3 days to complete the drug test and physical. It was 1:30 when I received it via email I did everything I could to complete the task I was working on so I could shower and get to this facility as quickly as possible. It said they close at 3. When I walk in the door to labcorp at 2:32pm there is nobody at the desk. I waited a moment and then got antsy, so I projected my voice a little down the hall and said, "Excuse me, I'm here for a drug test and physical." Darlene, a woman that sounded like she smoked 3 packs a day, hollers back and says,"NO YOUR NOT! " I did not enjoy the interaction with this woman already. It doesn't matter how bad your day is when you're the face of a company. I politely asked her for more information and explained to her how that was not what was posted on the website or Google. The whole time she is insisting, I walk out of the building and observe the times posted on the door. That is when I discovered that the only place that It says drug tests end at 2:30 is on the front door. No longer was I willing to be disrespected by this rude person and realizing that my efforts were wasted on this pathetic excuse of a human I politely left and found an alternative testing facility and will never return to this site again. She put a bad taste in my mouth for labcorp. I'm going with Quest diagnostic for my testing site. Darlene is far from darling, that's for sure.

If I could choose 0 stars I would! Never in my life have I experienced someone so bitter and absolutely disgustingly rude. Darlene at the front desk needs some serious intervention.
My 16 year old daughter tried to walk in for her pre-employment drug test on a Tuesday. She was told they were closed. So the next day I took off work early to pick her up as soon as she got out of school at 2pm. We drove straight there… arrived at 2:15 and they again refused to do the drug test.
Not only refused, but Darlene was downright rude and disrespectful.
Avoid this location at all cost and absolutely do not send your teenagers to this place.
