The place is packed. The employees seem overwhelmed and frustrated with everyone. Seems like there is no order to the chaos. One person was scolded for asking the employees a question. Several people also walked out. Probably from waiting too long. This looks like it's the norm here at this location.

This place is a joke. People don’t know what they are doing at the front desk. Very disorganized place. Go somewhere else unless you speak Spanish because they what all employees here speak.

I have visited this location often over the last couple years. The last 2 times a new person was working the front desk. She is kind & helpful, a big change from the old staff. The place was packed but Jessica explained to everyone multiple times they are are doing their best to get to everyone as quickly as possible. They only had two people working, a stressful situation yet the two employees worked very hard and were very professional, even when being berated by impatient "Naples" customers. Great job! Please don't let the entitled Naples customers change you!!

Absolutely the rudest place I have been in. Denied I had an appointment. Both people at the reception area did not look at the customers. I felt really bad for a young woman with a small child who approached them and had to leave. I called the corporate office who confirmed my appointment. Arrived at 11:50 for my 12:00 appointment and left at 1:37. Had major bruising at the site PLUS bruising on both sides due to the bandage they used. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED.

Lazy , rude , inconsiderate you name it , it’s them !!!! I walk in at 2:30 , waited around for someone to come to the front , finally someone came at 2:33 and I was turned away for a drug screen , they stop doing them at 230!! 3 MINNNNN and I was even there already! I have never once had a good experience here nor has anyone I know.

Everyone is super nice at this location. Felt very calm when giving blood work, the lady that did it was super sweet and helped me relax. So nice you can check it on your phone, super quick and easy. Not a very long wait time.

Please explain why the website gives the option to schedule a drug screening for Saturdays but your location site doesn't except it? It's clearly a miscommunication on LabCorp, but your more than non-helpful employees just point to the "No Drug Screenings on Saturdays". We all don't have the ability to stop our lives to take a drug test. We do work while looking for better opportunities. So clear up the miscommunication that's on you location site and website so these things don't happen again

Awful. Slow, rude service. I had an appointment. I checked in at the kiosk when I arrived. The waiting room was full of people. Many people said they had been waiting for more than 3 hours. I was eventually told that my appointment was not sent to this location for some crazy reason. Do not go here.

I first went to the Pine Ridge location waited 10 mins past my appt time to be told they don't have the glucose liquid there and they can't do the Glucose Pregnancy Test even though it does not state that anywhere on their website when you make appt. I was told by that nurse to go to this Immokalee location. At the Immokalee location, the front desk staff was rude did not give me the drink for glucose test so that I could start it while waiting when there was enough time before they closed. They then turned me away saying there wasn't enough time anymore after I waited for 10 mins. I returned the next day before work, the place was very busy they almost forgot to draw my blood on time within the hour window of glucose drink consumption...this being second time I had to go now. After waiting for results for a week my Dr. calls me and tells me they reported they lost the blood specimen and that Lab Corp claimed they notified me. No one from Lab Corp ever gave me a call. This office was completely disorganized, overwhelmed, and most of the staff was very rude. The bathroom was very dirty and disgusting. Do not go to this location at this point they will have wasted 3 of my days with their incompetence.

I made an appointment for a pre employment drug screen online. I arrive, early, at the location to find they don't provide this service on Saturday. Why was I able to make the appointment then?? It does not state this on their search page either. The 2 guys at the counter were less than helpful. One of them said it was the internet fault that the appointment went through. Wasted time and gas to drive here. Would rate zero stars if I could.

This place is as bad as the reviews say it is. Choose another place for lab work. if you make an appointment, plan on having others that don’t have an appointment get called before you. Managed so poorly.Edit to my initial post - they called me, another “Mark” ran back there and submitted his sample and left. I asked the front desk and she said I should be next. They called “Mark” again and I said that the other person likely submitted his sample in my name. Sure enough, that was the case. Got it sorted out (I believe) but What a mess…needs to be better managed.

This place is disgusting. Everyone is treated like they are on parole and getting their monthly drug test. The employees at the front desk are always rude. They can't answer questions civilly. Too much effort. They send texts saying your tech is ready, to take you back, so you rush back to find out the receptionist wants to check you in even though you've checked in at the kiosk and she has all the information on her computer. Then you wait another hour and a half--with screaming Kids, people watching videos at top volume, loud phone conversations, men yelling across the waiting room. To top it off they made me leave my handbag in an open room versus locking it in the bin. Too much work I guess.
